it is the real rasengan, he just said that lightning is weak against wind because sasuke has both fire and lightning and wind is weak against fire. His hand got messed up because naruto added wind to the rasengan, and kakashi said that adding a nature to a shape makes it ten times stronger. and there are 5 who can use rasengan that i know, naruto, jirayja, minato (youndaime), kakashi and konohamaru.

Lol Hey Guys, You know that Rasengan Kakashi used, it wasn't the real thing lol, It was his Chodori put up into a ball shape. You wanna know how i know that, If you watch the whole thing Kakashi says that lightning is weak to wind, So naruto has a 50% advantage over Sasuke, So if you saw the wind Rasen-shureken it showed the Video of Naruto going head up with Kakashi using wind Rasengan and did you see kaskashi's hand, it got messed up by the wind going through his immitation of Naruto's Rasengan. There for only Three people can use Rasengan, 4th Hokage wich is Naruto's dad, Jiri which was the 4ths Student Who then taught Naruto how to use it, And Naruto which is the 4th's Son lol.

the sharingan isn't only good for copying hand signs. so don't say such stupid things.
it enables the user to see chakra and lots of other stuff.
so i'm thinking that kakashi would be able to look at somebody using rasengan and see how the chakra is moving and everything which would make it a whole lot easier for him to learn it.

18.46: the akatsuki member is holding his staff in the wrong way to defense his attack. And why is naruto a wind natured when he could be an awesome fire type mixed with the kyubi. Sora is wind too. That does not fit...

I don't take much of an interest in this show usually, but people are freaking out over Kakashi using a technique his sensei made.... Seriously? You didn't expect that? It doesn't use hand signs, so no. He didn't copy it. Pay at least a little attention, will you?

Also, those soldier pills made me lol.
Now, if only they would get rid of at least a bit of the filler, I would be happier. Some is good, but sometimes its just idiotic, or way overly done. Either way, nice episode.

yea anybody can do rasengan if they are good enough and train. although because its so difficult to do lots probably wouldnt be able to master it in their life time.
kakashi learnt it himself because he is a skilled ninja, the sharingan may have helped him out but he didnt just straight copy it and know it in an instant by using his sharingan.

also nobody has put an element into rasengan yet, not even the 4th, it was just the 4th idea. but he died before he could master it.
and jiraiya does not do it before he dies he just does a MASSIVE one using natural energy from his sage skills.

Why is everyone going so crazy cause Kakashi can use rasengan? if you're a true fan you would know that Kakashi could use rasengan before this episode, cause he said it in episode 110 something (normal Naruto) when Sasuke and Naruto had their first fight on the hospital rooftop. and i don't think he can use rasengan cause of his sharengan, the yondaim hokage was his sensei.

idiot kakashi is called "The Copy Ninja" he either copied the technique and yes it would take years for a person to master it, alot and alot of years, but kakashi isa jounin and one of the best and he has a sharingan so he copied it and prolly trained himself to master it. a real fan would know that nyemesis

You call yourself fans? One he didn't lose the necklace it's on him when he cut's the waterfall. Two Kakashi did not teach Naruto Rasengan, Juriaya did. And Three a real fan would know that Kakashi's Rasengan is not a copy. It's the real thing. Hence, not a real fan.

As for the episode it was good. It isn't filler, it shows you how he got as far as he did. Dragged out a bit true, but not filler. So he doesn't show up with a new technique outta nowhere.

Rasengan can be used by anyone. It has no element till you put one in it which is hard as you can see in the last episodes. Sasuke could learn it but never does he hasn't seen it so yah.

Anyone can learn rasengan but to put element into it is difficult beyond belief 4th and Naruto are only ones i have never seen Jirya do it before he died

umm Lazerus person kakashi didn't teach naruto (or anyone for that matter) rasengan (sp?) the reason he knows is cause he copys stuff and junk the one who tought rasengan is the 4th and or ero-sainni. and yeah ppl who post "first!" or something are really annoying because it's a wast of a commet and it doesn't say how you feel about this ep. -_-' anyway stop doing that cause it's annoying and no one cares if your first or 100th.
