lee still has chakra he just cant perform any ninjutsu or genjutsu. and gai can use ninjutsu and genjutsu he just chooses to use taijutsu all of the time, example is in the original naruto series the turtle that gai summons. he wouldnt be able to summon it if he couldnt use ninjutsu.

Naruto doesn't know anything!It's just a genjutsu!I mean,how can Kakashi,Sakura and Granny disappear?Kakashi was fighting with Itachi and then was he gone.

hayyyyyyy kakashi pues si lo admira mucho ponle el sharingan del culo then. Todos los jutsu de la serie naruto son de maricas, creo que el unico que vale la pena es el sexy jutsu. jajaja
kakashi gets his sharingan from his two friends which were also his teamates obito and rin rin was just like sakura kakashi was like sasuke and obito was like naruto love to play pranks plus his full name was obito uchiha he got stuck in a cave or a rock fell on him and rin took his sharingan eye out and gave it to kakashi obito is still alive and i think obito is in the akatsuki he is tobi.
