<p>Rock Lee can use chakra just he is unable to use Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, the Inner Gates increase his chakra in order for him to become stronger, if he couldn't use chakra then he wouldn't be able to open the inner gates :P</p>

<p>of course rock lee can manipulate chakra even though he cant do it well on using jutsus.. how can he even pass the exam to become a genin if he cant manipulate chakra... you should learn how to use your common sense, if you have one that is..</p>

<p>It's true that chidori is a jutsu that can only be used by certain people, but there is something you missed. When Kakashi and Sasuke used the jutsu in the past they were charging directly at their opponent. They needed to use sharigan in order to stop a possible counter because while using it, they were moving too fast to see a counter coming. In this episode Kakashi didn't use it in that way. He was in one place and didn't need the sharigan. He could see a counter coming because he didn't charge Guren. </p>

<p>this episode is got me boring...i discover a anime "one piece" that the longest anime ever made...that got 398 episode for half part of there journey to grand line ...i got amaze to the creature...this is the longest anime ever made...and it is good and have fun and laugh...try it guys...i suggest while you waiting for the next episode of naruto...</p>

<p>Just seeing Ino struggle with that barrier told me she was gonna get knocked out. Sure enough on the next episode you see the barrier lost and Ino's lights punched out.</p>

<p>It's true that Kakashi has to use the sharingan in order to not have severe tunnel vision while using the raikiri, however Guren doesn't know that so there was no reason for him to worry about a retaliation. On the other side of that I think Kakashi regretted not using his sharingan with raikiri because he probably would've seen gozu coming to intercept the hit. but i digress, the point is kakashi had no reason to expect retaliation because of guren having no knowledge of that fact and her desperation to stay alive.</p>

<p>wow, the producers really messed up. the whole point of the chidori is that it is easily countered by itself...and incomplete technique. the reason why kakashi and sasuke can use it is because their sharingan lets them see any possible counter. kakashi only uses his chidori while using sharingan as well, which is not what happened in this episode.</p>

<p>I have to be honest, i've went off the Naruto anime as of late...these damn fillers and all but now that it's finally getting to the action, I'm being back to my normal Naruto loving self! =) Not to mention, I really like the new opening (as the subject bar would suggest). </p> <p>Here's hoping the conclusion to this filler arc will be as amazing as I've come to expect from the show, and I can't wait for the anime to get back on track with the manga!</p>

<p>The episode wasnt as good as i expected cuz i wanted tobi 2 fight and reveal his face also there wasnt much epic fighting just a little brawl. But overall 7/10 is what score i would give</p>
