Here's Naruto Episode 24. This is the real Chuunin Exam session. The goal is obviously to pass the exam, however the exam was made so that you cannot pass it straight forwardly. Therefore it is expected that the ninjas are to use their jutsu effeciently. See how difficult it is to pass the first exam by watching this week's Naruto Episode!!

when it says that gaara's not going to move a eyebrow means that he's not going to move his eyes, wander them, which means that he's not going to look around.
when you cheat, your eyes move around, don't they? well, when it says eyebrows, it's just like saying eyes, except he chose a diff. words choice, got it?
he used the 3rd eye, which means he doesn't have to use his eyes, the ones on his face, also, gaara doesn't have eyebrows, we know that, you are very sharp! :)

I don't undestand... Why does Ibiki say on regards to Garra: "That kid is going to do his thing calmly in this situation without even moving an eyebrow."
This simply doesn't make sense considering Garra has no actual eyebrows to move in the first place. WTF?
