I was thinking something else...

The supersoldiers at the moment are called Type 1, which were the result of volunteers getting their DNA fused with the superhuman DNA. It has a 20% chance of success, and those who get through it lose their ability to think for themselves and in exchange their hair turns silver and they gain powers.

Human agents command Type 1s, and ones that will follow, as the Fibreware research continues.

Sounds good, Here are two Villains if you want to call them that. Miranda who has already been introduced, and someone who hasn't been mentioned yet but is the big cheese.

Personality: Miranda is a woman is use to getting what she wants and she isn’t particular about how she gets it. Miranda looks down her nose at those around her seeing them as nothing more than stepping stones on her climb up the ladder. She is loyal to no one but herself, but as long as she thinks you’re useful to her she will make you think she is loyal to you. She is a woman with high aspirations and ambitions.

Job: Miranda is Ceo of Fiber wire Incorporated
History: Miranda was born the daughter of a drug dealer and prostitute. Her childhood was one of misery as her father doped up on his own product would often beat his wife and daughter. The police we’re often around responding to domestic disturbance calls from neighbors but nothing ever resulted from it. Her mother was pathetic always defending his actions. As Miranda grew to the age of ten during one of her fathers rages her ability first manifested itself. His father was brandishing a butchers knife on an insane rant. He was threatening her with the knife, when Miranda shouted for him to stop. Miraculously he did. Surprised by what she done. Miranda shouted that she wished he would just die. On command her father plunged the butcher knife into heart killing himself on the spot.

Terrified with fear by what she had witnessed her mother sent her away telling her to leave and never return. Miranda ran away that night confused and scared. In time Miranda began to understand her ability worked and began using it to help her survive convincing people to give her food, a place to stay for a few days, sometimes even money. Everything she did she did to survive. Miranda had learned an important lesson the night her mother had sent her away. The only person you can trust is yourself. Using the money she had amassed with her ability Miranda changed her last name to Williams and enrolled herself in private school deciding that educating herself was important to becoming truly self sufficient. Miranda was very dedicated and it wasn’t long before she was caught up to regular kids. Miranda made no attempt to make friends with other people though she did use her ability to manipulate those who could help her.

When Miranda graduated from Collage with a business major she set her sights on an electronics firm called Fiber Ware Incorporated. She started a secretary determined to make her way to the top on her own merits. Unfortunately she soon learned that hard work would get her nowhere. The company executive always promoted his favorites regardless of if they we’re qualified or not. Miranda was infuriated, but not discouraged. She had used her ability to get this far she would use it now to get what she wanted. Miranda set in motion a scheme that would lead her to eventual take over. Using her feminine wiles she seduced the company exec. having several wild sexual adventures with the boss. Using a hidden camera she taped the whole affair. When she was confident she had enough evidence she pushed forward with her plan as she threatened to release the contents of the affair with the bosses wife if he didn’t put her on the road to the top. Infuriated but seeing no other way out the boss promoted Miranda to the position of Junior vice president.

Three years later Miranda saw the achievement of her goals as she staged a coup outing her boss and taking over majority share in company. Shortly after becoming the president of Fiberware, she was recruited by a man with a vision, his name was Marcus Robinson. Enticed by the idea of power Miranda accepted and has since been one of Marcus’ primary agents because of her talents.

Job: Leader of the Trust a conglomerate of several companies across the world including Fiberware,and many other. Ceo, of Black Gate Pharmaceuticals
History: Marcus has lived a long and for the most part prosperous life. His family was wealthy and, when they died they passed on that wealth to him. His father raised him to believe he is a superior being, and that belief only grew when he discovered he had the ability to manipulate gravity within a certain radius. When his father passed away he took over the running of his fathers business, and has since turned it into a top developer of medical research

As the years passed Marcus began to develop new abilities including the ability to fly, and to manipulate the magnetic field. With each new power his ego grew and so did his vision for the world. A world with him leading it to prosperity. In the years that followed he found others like him, leaders in various fields of and formed a secret alliance with them called the Trust, with him as the master mind.
