So since the old New Sound RP was pretty much dead except for Sky, Scarlet and myself. We've decided to start a new one set 4 years later.

~Story~
Its been 4 years since Ikaku disappeared from the Village of Sound. He left in the night, leaving behind his new home and friends, as if he had discarded them in the darkness. In exchange for discarding them, he went on a search in this darkness, for those who were just like him.

During his absence, the Village of Sound had come to gain a respectable reputation. Surrounding countries, small and great recognised the Sound Village, and there were even a few alliances formed. It felt as if a new age was coming, where the conflicts of the past would be forgotten.

Yumika had even become the new Utakage since the previous one had retired despite her young age.

The Village of Sound was prospering, and a coronation ceremony was about to be held to officially acknowledge the new Utakage. It would have all been well if Ikaku had not decided to return...

Appearance:Keeping to his signiture black. he now wears long black pants, a long sleeved black top. His Long Black hair still has white streaks through it and a few strands hang over his face. his eyes are red with the nine points of his Mangekyou curving inwards to the left and the white shadow still curving the opposite direction.
Personality: Ikaku is a cold and calculating person, with a quick wit and a sharp tongue. He is a sadist when the alter is dominant
History: Ikaku left the Sound looking for people like him. during his travels he developed his unique Bloodline. During his travels Ikaku met a girl that soon became a close friend and began to tag along with Ikaku. He wants to destroy the sound, just due to the fact that his choice had him shunned by the people he had once cared for. he has tapped into his Alter ego, though occaisonaly the alter will take control if Ikaku becomes enraged.

Personality:suspicious of most people but will get over them once they get to him better o and slightly clumsy
History: apprentice to hoshigake kisame before he joined the akatsuki, abandoned at the age of 12 in the wild to fend for himself until he found the sound. After spending time in the sound he became a highly respected ninja and was eventually elected as the new Utakage.
Ranking: Utakage

# A master of genjutsu... He has even trained to be able to see through the genjutsu of the sharingan (not mangyekou)... he also has a unique genjutsu that he created himself...
# Has some skill will fire type jutsu such as fireball jutsu and can use the basic jutsu
# An expert of taijutsu and coupled with his high speed makes this incredibly dangerous
# And a master with his katana which is made out of the same materials as Asuma's kunai so he can channel his chakra through it.

Name: Minako Ishii

Personality: Always cheerful and bubbly, hardly ever down. Even in the heat of battle. Minako likes to poke fun at people especially during a battle as she finds it "makes it more fun". She may enjoy spilling blood a little too much..

History: Originally from the Village hidden in the Mist, Minako was banished from the village after she lost her mind and slaughtered her class at the age of 8. She's spent most of her time wandering around as an assassin for hire. She heard about the fall of Orochimaru and decided to see if she would be accepted into the village as no one knew about her past. The only people who do are Yumika and Ikaku.

Now a few years on, Minako is leading a nice peaceful life in the Sound. She was also appointed second to the Utakage as she was also a candidate for new Utakage.
She felt since she was so close to Yumika, The Utakage, She needed to take on additional training to further her skills just in case Ikaku decided to return.

Ranking: ANBU

Abilities: Exceptionally skilled in the ways of Water type Jutsu's but prefers using Taijutsu and her gigantic Shuriken that she carries around on her back. It's specially moulded to her chakra signature so that it makes it light as a feather for her but heavy to anyone else. The Ornaments in her hair are also used as weapons and is skilled with various poisons.
During her four years she taken on additional training in her own time, making herself stronger. Her physical strength is amazing, and has furthered her skills with poisons.

Name: Tri Ratjagon

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance: Will draw it up later

Personality: Quiet and mostly introverted. But he likes to help sometimes. Although when he's angry he's a real killer.

History: As a part of the Ratjagon clan and currently it's leader, he has inherited the Black Dragon. A dragon made of tattoos and tribal symbols that lives in the soul of a person. The Black Dragon wouldn't be considered the Kekkei Genkai, just the representation of the leader of the Ratjagon clan. The Black Dragon can be used in multiple ways, and each way has been unique to each leader. The Kekkei Genkai of the Ratjagon Clan was soul control, to be able to draw on a power other than chakra.

Tri stands as the youngest leader in the clan's history. Though within his clan, people still doubt him, he doesn't usually give that sort of image of a leader often anyways.

Ninja Ranking: Clan Leader, considered a genius, and potential Kage. Is currently in-between Kage and Jounin or ANBU.

Fighting Style: A master hand to hand fighter, with a sharp mind's eye due to all the training on the soul the clan does. He gains an intuition to only trust the soul, which remains true despite what the mind or body may experience or seem to experience.

When using the Sky Breakers, he concentrates more on movement speed, due to the size of the weapons. Though naturally they deliver just as much damage.

Weapon: The Sky Breakers. A pair of tonfa that quadriple as a sword, cannon and boosters. The shape has the longer side of the tonfa part, a sword, a handle that's in a TT shape, and the booster or cannon on the shorter end. There is a revving mechanism on the handle that stores power and allows it to let off faster and stronger strikes. On corresponding sides, there is a Yin Yang symbol on it, with, rather than an S shaped split, there's a thunder shaped split. This part was re-done by Tri himself. He only uses these in larger, more serious fights. One Sky Breaker is just as long as one head lower his height.

He also possesses the Soul Rhythm Changer, which harnesses the fact that souls emit music when channeled through certain items. The Rhythm Changer allows him to hear Rhythms, for example the enemy's rhythm, also, it allows him to synchronise with their rhythm, allowing him to read their movements. All he has to do is listen and follow. The reason it's called a Changer, is since it can change the Rhythm the user is listening to, it can change between many people, to just one. He can isolate rhythms as well.

Kekkei Genkai: At basic, the Kekkei Genkai of the Ratjagon clan harnesses the soul. Soul training and the like to avoid being "misled", as the soul is the one thing that remains constant in will, despite what the mind and body experiences. Techniques include combining chakra with "ki" which is harnessed from the soul. How it is used is flexible, but unlike chakra, cannot be changed in form to do attacks of elemental properties.

Kekkei Genkai 2 - Black Dragon: The Black Dragon comes with a multitude of abilities. He can multi-task the abilities, but prefers not to, as it's tiring. Only Spike and Roar are separate attacks.
- Dragon Wing: This aura allows him to increase his speed substantially, also flight and high jumps are also feasible. Although his strength remains mostly the same.
- Dragon Tail: An aura that flows around his feet only. His kicks gain a lot of extra range, and he can control the tail-like aura to attack from his shadow.
- Dragon Claw: A sharper aura, gives a piercing or slashing edge to both kicks and punches. He is also able to climb walls with this, and quite easily too.
- Dragon Spike: He creates black swords from thin air to fight. He can make as many as he wants, and throws them in substitute for Kunai.
- Dragon Roar: An attack that can be expelled from a focused punch, or just an outright charging attack. The attack takes form of a large black dragon, and can be controlled mid-course. If used as a charging attack, it inflicts maximum damage, and from a focused punch, it's much faster. It can be used nearly instantly with the charging attack, but if he doesn't charge it, it'll only go as far as a metre. It'll still keep the damage it deals however.
- Dragon Scales: Unlike his other techniques, this one actually affects the body. By engulfing it in black aura, he protects himself from all sorts of attacks. But during this mode he is slow, and can't move far. However he is also quite heavy using this, so his attacks do gain an extra punch.
- Dragon Fire: Conventional fire of the FLAMING SOUL. Ahem. He shoots black flames, are similar to Amaterasu, except rather than formless black flames, these flames seem to look more like artworks than fire. It still burns however. Also, as long as Tri's soul is in tact, it'll continue to burn for as long as he wishes it to. The Dragon Fire can be used in a large variety of ways, shot as a stream of fire, or small fireballs, etc.
- Dragon Eyes: Active the moment he taps into the Black Dragon. His eyes gain white slits for pupils and the rest remains unchanged. With this it's similar to the Byakugan, he can see souls, with unchanged vision. The brighter the soul appears, the closer it is. The larger, the larger the entity, the more wildly each soul burns, the stronger it is. Each soul looks like a ball of fire, when people are within seeing distance, they'll appear as burning people. He can switch between normal vision and Soul vision whenever he wants.

Black Dragon Transformation-
-His final resort, his entire body emanates a black aura that can't seem to decide for itself. He gains great speed, strength, and the ability to shoot off blades. He can also use Roar with less charging. Also it seems that Scales is half-active, meaning it halves any damage he recieves during this form. Dragon Fire also gains a strong boost to it's strength.

As the pay-out, he slowly sacrifices his life. For every minute he uses this technique, he loses half a year of his life. He's still young so he's got plenty of time. In other words, this tidbit definitely doesn't matter.

Gender: Female
Age: 17
Appearance: Dull brown hair which she wears in a casual plait, grey-blue eyes and olive skin. Usually wears what she can afford but prefers greens, reds and blacks. Wears the odd piece of jewellery that she finds before selling it. Most common attire are shorts and t-shirts with elbow-length sleeves.
She is tall and slightly thin and has an angualr face with narrow but noticeable eyes.
Personality: Sayuri is loud and often overly honest, but she is intelligent and everything that she says has thought and belief behind it. She does not hold purpose or honour highly, and believes that life is more important. She is somewhat whimsical and makes unplanned decisions but puts her all into whatever it is she might choose to do.
History: Was separated from parents at a young age in a small rebellion in Kumogakure, has travelled with merchants and performers across the five nations. One of these performers was a former ninja who gave up his old life for a more peaceful one, and when Sayuri says she wants to learn ninnjutsu so she can travel alone without fear of being attacked, he agrees to help her. Although not officially a ninja, Sayuri is skilled in basic ninjutsu and her own Kekkei Genkai. On her independant travels she took a liking to Ikaku and joined him on his journey.
Ninja Ranking: Equivalent to about Chuunin level.
Jutsu: She is a lightning elemental. Her Kekkei Genkai is her most powerful ability and is called Umi no Rai; Sea of Lightning. It sends out waves of electricity in concentric circles around her for about 20 meters in all directions. She knows techniques like Kage Bunshin (and can create up to 30 clones) and substitution and has intermediate shuriken and kunai skills. She is extremely quick but not very strong, physically. She is not good at planning ahead for battles but is considerably good at quick decisions.

I'm really considering joining in an RP again... so... right now i got nothing but maybe look for a possible profile here in maybe the next few days... though i should be doing school work rather than this

but yes, I may hop on board though I probably should read through the first RP... Anyway yeah, i may join this, just I'm not entirely sure as of yet.

So id like to get this RP moving along in the very near future. Since its almost the end of the month, i'll leave it til the 30th for sign-ups, and getting the RP started on the 1st.

Granted people will more than likely be accepted a few days after the RP starts (if there is anymore who want to join..) But not once its too far in, that was a problem with the last one.
