The year is 2012, the world has once again been thrown into a state of chaos. Several years ago, a new 'breed' of human was starting to be developed. The childbirth was major effect to the population, as now mothers were place at risk through this reproduction act. Though this pain came with reason. Psychics were born.
These kids were not mind readers, they were not fortune tellers, instead they were able to bend the omnipresent force of Psyonic Energy. At first these new born kids were kept secret, at least as best as they could. However once the kids entered the age of teenage adolescents, they soon became one's to be 'showy'. Not long after, the government began to take action on these psychics. Taking them into custody, experimenting on them, and then using them to track the others. Scientists claimed that this was evolution, and that natural humans should not interferer. That philiosie changed however when one 'firestarter' set a school ablaze due to discrimination. Immediately afterwords Psychics were collected being labeled as 'threats'.
A Resistance formed to fight back at the government, as they were now a minority. Now through use of the underground they fight back, going against all odds.

Rules:
1) no godmod action. typically if p2p action starts you must allow the opponent to have a chance to avoid. I take assumption that most people will know when they have taken a hit.
2) No Character control unless I say so. This goes for NPC"s as well.
3) Stats are there for a reason. Use them!

Question: Are the laws from our world here as well?
Answer: Yes, this takes place in USA, so what their laws are also apply here. If you break one cops could come in.

Q: Can we base out powers off anime?
A: I really haven't watch all anime So I don't know them all. But I do ask that your creative. Make your own chara, base it off yourself if you want.

Q: If I get hurt in a mission how long will I have the wound?
A: Well it depends. If you break an arm then a month or two. A bad bruise, perhaps a week or two. And this will all be in game time.

Q: May I have two characters?
A: Right now, no. But later on sure why not.

Q: How much can I have on my guy?
A: Whats legal (your choice but I suggest you fallow it) and what a real person really could.

Q: Can I change my stats?
A: Humans do change, but I will have to say that once the first mission takes place there is no more changing until time In game has passed. After all some people get weaker and some get stronger. Also after mission I will award stats.

Q: What if I die?
A: Well I guess your SOL. Death means death, no coming back but after you die I will allow another chara for you.

Q: Can I gain a weapon?
A: A shop system will become avabile later on in the story. At that point you may buy items, weapons, and other miscalanous decals.

Q: When is it too late to join?
A: Never! I only ask that you don't jump into the game during a boss fight. Just be patiant and waitn until free time or the next mission starts.

Name: Shino Zaruichi

Alias: He signed into school under Shannon Rusch, so people know him as Shannon

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Skin tone: Lightish

Hair: He usually wears a beany, the hair is spiked and downward. Coloured an almost-black tinge of gray

Eyes: Black

Friends/Family: His mother and father left him to live alone when he turned 16.

Personalty: He's pretty hard to understand due to his high imaginational capacity, often spending time alone and known to skip classes, people think he's either delinquient or troubled in life. His personality however, reflects the opposite, he is impulsive when he does his creative work, therefore if he has an idea of something he wants to do, he skips class, sometimes mid-way. He's relatively nice however, people think he's hard to approach.

Backstory: When he was born he was known to play around with anything, and use them in the most creative way possible. At the age of ten he found that razors were his favorite play tool, he would carve graffiti, so that it was impossible to clean, his parents got sick of him and left him alone at 16. By this time he'd already found a whole array of other things to play with.

Face: Beanie, the beanie is worn low so it almost covers his eyes.

Upper Body: A hooded jumper with two middle pockets, he learned how to print onto clothing early, so he printed a broken chain and razor blade design onto the pockets, and the chain throughout his sleeves. He also has a black shirt underneath. The jumper is light grey, while the print is dark gray.

Lower body: Black jeans, belt chain and his shoes are sneakers.

Power: Imagination Manifestation- With whatever he possesses he can use his imagination to fight with it. Meaning he can fight with blades of grass, rocks, and whatever else he can find. For example with rocks he can transform them into something with his imagination, sticks as well, and pretty much anything. He mainly uses the razors, where he can shoot razor blades by flipping the craftsman razor quickly up and down, he can increase the blade length and whatever else. As long as it's within his imagination he can do it. But if the imagination of the item isn't enough, it will either be too weak to actually fight with, or it won't work at all. He can use the chains of either his belt or razor decoration to use like a whip or something to bound someone. Also, the broken component at the end of the razor decoration is able to latch onto flat srufaces, enabling him to swing.

Power features: He seems to have links or bonds to his custom razor. It seems to change form the stronger he gets and the more power he exerts.

Aura Color: Gray, but the way the aura appears is extremely formless, as well as from time to time, dabs of many other colours appear as well.

Hair: Short sandy blond hair though he often wears a baseball hat

Friends/Family: Seeing the danger to his family as well as for himself James left his mother and father at the age of fifteen though he does maintain discrete contact with them whenever he can manage it.

Personalty: A lone wolf by nature, he prefers the the solitude of his own thoughts to the company of others. However he is always friendly to those who choose to strike up a conversation with him. He is incredibly intelligent, but also humble despite that. He is as honest as any man can be and despite the fact that he could use his abilities to hack bank computers for money and be set for life he refuses to stoop to the level of a petty thief, preferring to earn what he has than steal it.

Backstory: For as long as he can remember James has loved playing with technology. Taking things apart and putting them back together, and he was always good at it. His teachers always said that it was as though he was speaking with the machine whatever it happened to be. When he was 11 James created a powerful hand held device (similar to todays I phones but infinitely more powerful.) As anti-psychic sentiment began to grow James realize it wouldn’t be safe for him to stay with his parents and one night at the age of 15 he snuck out of his house and became a wonder using his skills to keep himself fed. For the last 3 years he has wandered from town to town, keeping off the grid as much as possible.

Money: (You will be able to buy things as the game goes on, I’ll award money through and after missions)

Items: His secure hand held computer which he takes everywhere. A wallet, and a pair of pocket knives that where given to him by his parents

Upper Body: He wears a long black trench coat that has a number of inside pockets where he keeps his hand held computer and two outside pockets. Underneath that he wears a red long sleeve shirt with a black stripe at the top.

Lower body: Tan cargo pants, black tennis shoes, and a black and silver belt

Power: Technology Manipulation: Using nothing more than his mind James and his personal computer can tap in, infiltrate and manipulate nearly any computer system including weapons systems anything with a computer and use them as weapons. Of course the more his focus is spread and the greater the range from his target the less control he has and the less effective he is. Beyond 100 feet his power is useless. Because of this intimate relationship with computers and machines he can construct nearly anything if he has the right parts and tools. As long its within the realm of possibility he can build it.

Power features: When using his powers the appearance of James’ eyes change become pale and strange lines appear the more power he uses. His eyes also become sensitive to light while using his powers. The more powers he use the more sensitive to light he becomes.

Personality: Quiet. Intelligent. He is very quiet but he can easily get angry. When he gets angry, he seems to change personality, he becomes really loud and psychotic. He hates it when people pick or tease others, especially when an older kids picks on a younger ones. He is a lone wolf as well, he likes being by himself.

Backstory: Ever since he was a kid, he loved magic. Especially magic that can move things. One time when he was 8, he tried a magic trick to move a card with his hand. The card moved, but he didn’t know what he did. That is when he started noticing his powers.
He likes being alone when he’s at home in his room and also alone at school. He usually sits by himself.

Money:

Items: Cotton gloves that breaks at his finger tips. And what seems to be knuckle busters at his knuckles, although, he almost never wears them. He also carries a sharp necklace around his neck. The necklace resembles a sword.

Backstory: Sparky was just a lad when he learned that he could make batteries explode while holding them. He was put through tharpy and thought that his powers were a 'no-no' much like a curse word. Once he learned that he was not the only one wit these abiltys, he began to use them more and more. However, with more usage came a risk, the goverment. Around the age of 14 he was now a wanted convict, and began his running from the law. It was through this that he met up with a man by the name of Tanja, who showed him the resestence.

Backstory: A normal anti-social kid for the longest time. Thats when Julie met him, and with her preppyness, he crawled out of the hole he was in. Although he stays out of attention he dose home in on whats goign on. Once he discovered his power, he showed it to his only true friend Stephen, who began to practice with him.

Backstory: Orignaly from germany, Tanja was transfered to the states with his father. His mother died when he was young, leaving him a bit insacure about life itself. His dad is hardly ever home, being a bussness man. Though being alone has brough Tanja alot of free time, in which he has mastered with powers with and has become a major figure in the resetence when he joined up. His high skill level along with his leadership skills lead him to the top in no time.

Items: A gold handled saber is usually hung on his side. A pistol is also in his jacket.

He divided them up so that it would be easier to read and because he ran the limit obviously... go look in the Fire Emblem Archive, Ichi posted a entire page with posts containing the profile because more then 2 wouldn't fit on a page...

Honestly I have not. However I love reading about psyonic powers so i might have to take a look. Is it by any chance already published in english? (I don't like reading online) I've only read Psychic Academy, Psycho Busters, and a bit of Get backers.
