I was wondering if we have any Jashinists in TF. And before you tell me its a fake religion its not. Theres books, Websites and followers that I know. Obviously they cant use hidan's jutsu but trust me it is real.

I myself am a follower of Jashin therefor I am a Jashinist and also i am not the only Jashinist i know 2 of my friends are jashin and yes we do sacrifices, let me explain
Jashin is a very misunderstood religon, as it has made it into the frame of what a religon is, as it has thousands of followers all over the world, but is not an accepted religon. It originated in Japan, a few years ago, and now has spread across europe, Africa, the united states, and I believe some of Russia.

Jashinists, which is the correct term for the followers of this religion, believe strongly apon many strict rules such as:

If one does not understand another's pain, one has no right to inflict that pain elsewhere.
Pain is equal to pleasure, one must sacrafice some of one's own blood to Lord Jashin each day, as proof of one's dedication to Lord Jashin's ways.
Those who do not believe will die by the hands of those who do.
The symbol for Jashinism is an upside-down, equilateral, circumscribed triangle. This symbol is to be worn on a pendant around the Jashinist's neck, and is to be drawn onto the ground, so that sacraficial rituals may be completed while the Jashinist is standing inside the center of the triangle.

Jashinism is a highly masochistic religion, each member spilling their own blood intentionally neraly every day, and the symbol of jashin comes into play for this, as well. The Jashinist, to show true dedication, must take a small knife, stake, or which ever other weapon they use to cut themselves for their rituals, and to peirce the blade through the center of their necklace pendant's triangle, into their own chests, to get the blood nessesary for said rituals.(also to sacrifice you would pray to Jashin and have an image in your mind of who you want to sacrifice, Also to pray to Jashin you dont have to have a pendant but you can make a drawing our trace it in the air the symbol and hold you hand where the symbol is and pray,i do this because my parents dont like me being jashin and wont get me a pendant, also i am a tennager who is 13 and jashin)


Self sacrafice is the ultimate form of dedication in Lord Jashin's eyes.

Yes, there have been many signs that Jashinism exists. However, I've researched this thouroughly to find it a very controversial and tender subject. The Jashinists seem like incredibly angry people, but I think that is just because other ingrates keep trying to prove them wrong. -_- Come on people...don't argue with what you think is right or wrong. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and they sure as hell are not going to agree with yours. People that do not believe in Jashin or are not interested in learning about the religion should not even have the right to put down other people's beliefs. As strange as it may seem coming from a manga book...maybe after centuries it will become recognized as a true religion, just like Christianity was first recognized. After all, there is no actual proof that God exists except for what a group of old prophets said. Christians, please do not take offense to this. You could spout out the wildest Christian "proof" but it really makes no sense. Just don't even think about the notion..simply doesn't make sense. But I have a question for the commenter above: "How can you sacrifice without killing yourself, like Hidan? " He was a true follower of Jashin for becoming immortal, which is the true power.Jashin requires the follower to make a blood sacrifice of some kind, yet you said that you merely have to trace the symbol into the air. This does not fly with Jashin. Since Jashinists believe all those strict rules above, why don't they do them? If they truly believed in Jashin they would not mind taking the lives of others. Someone please help me understand more about this religion, I am curious!

i dont mean to offend anyone but this religion just seems a bit much i mean i can see sacrifices every couple weeks but every day its just a bit over the top maybe i wouldnt think this if i knew more about the religion but at this point it just seems like a way for people to voluntarily maim yourself

Its alright, I get it alot. Everyday is drastic but it doesn't have to be humans. You can sacrafice insects like I do. Especialy flys, They only live for 14 days so it doesn't really matter

I have a Jashinist guy at my school, He proper cuts himself in the toilets and bleeds all over the floor. I have to prey with him aswell. I didn't want to tell anyone I was a Jashinist because I get alot of offense. I had to move schools because of it so please dont make fun of me.

see thats not as ratical to me and im fine with it but i would still like to know more about this religion like why jashin-sama wants sacrifices and why you guys believe in him instead of the more widely accepted religions

Well I got started in Jashinism a few years ago, both my parents are Christians and they made me go church every sunday. After reading parts of the bible over and over again and I wan't really convinced. I can understand some of the stuff but someone dying and being brought back to life and Adam and Eve, 2 people creating the population we know today. Anyway, some guy came to my school and for about 2 hours spoke about all the kinds of religions. Then he started speaking about really weird religions from different countries like nepal and such. Then he started to speak about Jashinism and I was rather interested in it. At first I was thinking about what Hidan does but after I researched it I found out you dont have to bleed that much. After that I met a real Jashinist and he taught me about Preying,Sacrifices,Rules and Conditions for breaking rules. He let me help him with his latest sacrafice. It was a box of flies. Anyway, after a sacrafice you can do 1 of 2 things. You can prey to Jashin hoping he is happy with the sacrifice or bleed the jashin necklace that you wear showing your pride to be a Jashinist. After the day was done, he gave me a jashin necklace and I went home. And thats how I became a Jashinist. If you have any questions dont be afraid to ask.

Wow...I feel really ignorant, I never thought Jashinism was a real religion. So I thank you for posting this. I should search this. *nods* yes I should. Im a christian but I like knowing about everything and I dont believe in shoving your religion to others so I dont make fun or critique a person who doesnt believe in what I believe

Thank you Shira. Your alot more open minded than the kids at my old school. They would constantley make fun of me by pretending to cut themselves or by calling me an EMO. Theres a big diference. EMO's cut themselves because their depressed. Jashinists dont even have to bleed loads, even a drop will do. Just as long as it goes on the Jashin Pendant that we wear. I just noticed that in the shippuden episode where shikamaru buries hidan, he says "You can stop believing in that Lord Jashin crap, I am your god Now"

n Jashinism you try converting peacefully to start, but they have one chance alone. You then must sacrifice the 'infidel' to Jashin as a none believer. Any religon apart from Jashim is viewed as Atheist, and must be killed. Yes, Jashin incourges murder and the killing of none-believers.

I don't see how this religion explains the meaning of life better than christianity or other religions?

does any religion explain things perfectly? im christian but i also accept wisdom an the possibilities of other gods and i believe little bits and pieces of other religions i believe or hope to be true and plus religion isnt something that needs to be expalined or believed by everyone its up to the believer and what others say is not important

I didn't say it shows the meaning of life. Obviously, I dont go around stabbing people and pouring there blood on my pendant but I do peform sacrifices to jashin every 2 days
