make sure you are on your desktop, press "print screen".

Then open up pain/photoshop and press ctrl + v at the same time. (this will paste your desktop into your canvas). Then save it ^__^ after that upload it to imageshack or photobucket. If/once you uploaded it on imageshack, scroll down and copy and paste the Direct link to image (its at the bottom)

and then put
