I sometimes smoke flavored cigars, but only on occasion. Otherwise, I don't really smoke at all.

I don't smoke... but I don't care about people who do... it's only a waste of money.. and about the health problems... you get health problems from everything you eat/do nowadays... even drinking milk will cause cancer... and we already live longer than we used to... so some years less doesn't make any change..
and maybe I'll try it out someday... when I get the chance... I mean, you have to experience everything in life,,, right? (<-- motto)

I'm afraid that is total bogus...that you can get cancer from milk...it was just a smear campaigns by certain companies who were trying to make it look bad..here is the medical report from 04'

  Spoiler: Milk does not cause cancer

THE TRUE STORY ABOUT MILK

Anti milk campaigns aimed to dissuade children from drinking milk by using scare tactics such as milk gives you spots, makes you fat and causes wind and phlegm, as well as more serious implications linking milk with cancer hit the headlines from time to time.

Does milk cause spots or acne?
Milk has not been implicated in causing acne. Acne is caused by a change in hormone levels, which is experienced by many teenagers. Having a poor diet can lead to an increase in acne so it is important that teenagers eat a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables. They should also be encouraged to wash regularly and consult a health professional, who may suggest a course of medication, if the condition is severe,

Does milk cause flatulence?
There is no scientific evidence to support the theory that milk causes flatulence. Flatulence results when excess gases build up in the digestive tract which are then expelled. Many foods cause flatulence in some people. Flatulence is also one of the symptoms of lactose intolerance. It is estimated that 2% of children in the UK are lactose intolerant. They need to be aware of foods that contain lactose (the type of sugar found in milk) however in many instances, these foods do not need to be excluded altogether.

Can milk increase phlegm production?
One of the symptoms of the debilitating condition cystic fibrosis, is excess mucus production. This is also caused by respiratory conditions such as bronchitis or from infections e.g. colds or flu. None of these conditions has anything to do with drinking milk.

Does milk cause obesity?
Drinking milk does not lead to obesity. Obesity and overweight are the ultimate result of an individual storing energy as body fat because their habitual daily energy expenditure is less than their habitual daily energy intake over a long period of time. This could be because an individual, although eating an appropriate amount of energy and a balanced diet suitable for their age and sex, actually has a very sedentary lifestyle because of their job and/or leisure activities and/or domestic circumstances. Even if someone is quite active, they may still be eating more energy than they need because of the sorts of foods, and the overall diet that they eat. Whilst the rates of obesity and overweight are increasing in children as well as adults, it is important to remember that children need energy to grow.

Can milk cause cancer?
Drinking milk daily will not cause cancer. A wide variety of factors are involved in the development of cancer. Some are related to family history, while others are related to lifestyle and diet. Avoiding smoking, eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables and moderate amounts of red and processed meats, keeping body weight within the healthy range for height and keeping alcohol consumption to a moderate level, all help to reduce the risk of cancer.

Summary
Milk has been drunk and enjoyed by generations of children and forms an important part of their diet. Milk is the most nutritionally complete food, containing nearly all the constituents of nutritional importance to humans. It should not be excluded from the diet unless under the supervision of a health professional. A recent UK survey found that 25% of girls (aged 15-18 years) and young women have inadequate calcium intakes – a glass (200ml) of milk each day could make all the difference. For example:

A glass of semi-skimmed milk provides 98kcal and 244mg calcium;
A glass of whole milk provides 136kcal and 238mg calcium;
A glass of skimmed mil provides 68kcal and 248mg calcium.

The daily amounts of calcium that we are recommended to consume to meet (or more than meet) our needs (Dietary Reference Values) are:

450mg for 4-6 year old boys and girls
550mg for 7-10 year old boys and girls
1000mg and 800mg for boys and girls (respectively) aged 11-18 years
700mg for all adults.

By the age of 17, approximately 90% of bone density is formed - therefore it is important that children and young people have adequate calcium intakes.

Never smoked...don't want to...and I don't see why people actually do it just inhaling and blowing smoke out of your mouth and possible dieing when you're older...It's just stupid immature and a very poor choice for whoever decides to actually do it. In my opinion that is.
