I was interested in dreams so I found couple of books
about it and how the mind and body work during sleep
But as you said lucid dreaming is hard to achieve...

But there were some tips in the one of the books how you can do it..

Okay this is when I was like what..er round 9 or 10...just when the first jurrasic park came out..the following nite I had this dream:

I was on a spanish island with my family and people outta my neighbourhood....walking along a river bank....when there was 2 T-Rex's coming outta nowhere and chasing after us....now here comes the whacky part...I am the only person who can't make it in time over to the other side of the river bed and all of a sudden one T-rex starts talking *lmao* Hey there is one, get her!!! They do get me and err yer I end up dead...woke up in sweat n stuff scared the living hell outta me...lmao..how weird talkin dinos!

hmm...a wierd dream i had...um....most of my dreams usually reflect my fears...

like this one time...i had a dream that the grudge was chasing me....i was so freakin scared! Okay...ahem. Let me start from the beginning.
when we had just moved out of our apartment into our new house, i had dreamt that for some reason, we were going back to go get our stuff. But my grandma lived on the second floor, and she wasn't there, so my mom had me go get the box. when i had walked up onto the second floor, i noticed that this closet in the hall that was always jammed shut was opened slightly. I wasn't curious so i didn't peek, but when i had gone to get the box, i heard the closet open and the grudge crawled out. i was so freakin' scared as she crawled towards me and as i backed away in fear, she pushed me down the stairs. Luckily i woke up, but after that, i was deathly afraid of open doors and i can never sleep alone.

in one dream I had forgotten to put clothes on and went to school...
But when I entered the school I realized that I was naked..
and the next second I found my self opening the classroom door...
I was so embarrassed and woke up

I can't remember the details but last nights dream involved pikachus, a giant staircase of cake and.. the Lincoln memorial??
