OOC: Wait, do you mean to say that the recon team is to be sent with the captains? Recon is meant for before any mission, or to gather intelligence before rushing in, it's useless if it's done while the mission is going on.

Hei headed back to the headquarters, with a quick word before going into his private quarters, while walking, he yelled.

"Alright, in five days I'll be out on a mission, I expect you guys to be training hard while I'm gone". It was also quite obvious that some were actually fighting about, some were out, most likely eating and resting. Eating and resting, moderated with training is a large part of the 11th's schedule, very little paperwork, which was mostly just signing new recruits in or current members moving out and into another squad. Sometimes he hated to see one go, sometimes he wanted them to, sometimes he liked the person who joined, sometimes he didn't. Though it didn't matter to him, if the academy and court says that they're good enough for this squad, then they're good enough.

"Tiring day... I think I'll just sleep until the mission comes up", he muttered...

"Or not... I'm kind of thirsty..."

"Heh sure why not... A walk is so much more enjoyable with company" Ugeto said cheerfully

Nisaki looked at him. He seemed very happy, a bit too happy. It was almost weird. They were just going to go into battle, a death scene. Yet it seemed he did not give a damn about that.

"So Nisaki-chan... How have you been?" He said

"I've been doing okay.." Nisaki said. For some weird reasons there was a knot in her stomach. "And youself?"

"I don't really see you much... Heh avoiding me cause you're afraid you might fall for my manly charm eh?" Ugeto chuckled

Nisaki then burst out laughing. It wasn't such a loud maugh, but she couldn't stop herself. She caught her breath after a few moments. "I'm sorry..!" Trying to stop her giggle. "I don't get you see anyone that often really. The amount of paper work I get is insane! I mean, Nero doesn't even look at the stuff we get..." She sighed.

"Isn't the sky just beautiful!" He laughed as he raised his head to gaze at the heavens once more... "Man... these are the moments we live for... you know what I mean... Happy moments in beautiful places with awesome, heh and beautiful to boot, friends!" Ugeto continued to laugh.

"Wow, maybe this guys is insane!" Nisaki thought, "Or just really happy...", She looked at the sky, it was really beautiful. The sunlight was shining through the little puffy clouds.

"Yeah... The sky really nice today." Nisaki saw her grounds, "Oh, look I'm already here!" She turned to Ugeto, "Thanks for the walk! Maybe we can do this someother time too." She said smiling.

Nero heard Hei and Umika complaining about the sumber of captains leaving seireitei.
"What do you think Soul Society is?" He started and Akira looked down.
"Excluding the 12th Squad, there are 12 Squads in Soul Society, divide that by two you have 6 Squads and thus 6 Captains. I actually would like more then just 6 Captains to go, but I didn't want the people of Soul Society to get tensed and thus left 6 Captains back. Even if those go, there are 6 Captains here, including myself, 12 Lieutenants and all the other Seated Officers. Are you underestimating our strengths?!"
"I don't even like meetings... I neither like listening nero when he's like this...
Suddenly Hei suggested some recon and some people joined him.
"We will send the 6 Shinigami's and then the recon team. I'll give you 5 days, prepare and get ready, it'll be a dreadful mission. Dismissed!" Nero finished as he slammed his cain down.

Akira walked out and sighed "five days... well, I'll better tell everyone what's happening... 6 captains out, I think nero is right, we would be more worried about us going there... I may ask her...
Akira sat under the shadow of a tree and closed his eyes before felling he was falling into a big empty as he entered his inner world.

Akira was standing in the hall of what seemed to be a huge and old castle. Surrealistic painting were in some walls, the ones that didn't have very large and old door on it.
Some distance away there was someone sitting next to a long table.
Suddenly a very cute girl rushed at him the very momment she saw him
"Nii-chan!!" she yelled and hugged him.
"wow hime... it looks like u haven't seen me for eons..." He looked into her golden eyes and pulled her hand "come... I need to talk to you".

"What do you think about it? You know I'm not afraid of going but... I don't know what to expect of it..."
"It'll be alright, six of you are going; it's just search, find, and bring back, nothing serious".
"Yeah, that's right..."
What bothers me... is that the hōgyoku is out there...
He looked at her and made a serious face "Mmm... in case we have to use it... would it be safe? For the others I mean..."
"Stop worring about that! You can full control it, furthermore, I won't hurt any friend. And now you're talking about that, let's go training!" She said punching his shoulder.
"Ok, ok, see ya" He said and the room started to get blurry until he found himdelf sitting under the tree again.

Some minutes after he was into Nisa's office. He put a white flower bonsai on her desk when he suddenly heard her outside.
"Oh, look I'm already here! Thanks for the walk!"
"Oh, let's get out of here..." He jumped out for a window and walked into the forest thinking on the note he left on his lieutenant desk:
"I'm going back late. The metting was very important, prepare a squad meeting at night; I have to tell all of you about it. Ak.-"

He reacher a good spot in the forest and drew his zanpakuto.
"I'll make it even stronger..." "Scream, benihime!"
Uncountable crimson blades, wide as an arm and twice the height of akira emerged from the ground in a very vast circle around him.

As soon as farewells were done, Nisaki set foot in her grounds. She decided to tell everyone about the meeting, they had every right to know why their captain was leaving. She rounded everybody up, and now it was time here her to give a little speech. But, Nisaki was always shy of talking in front of big groups like this one, even though she was their captain. Anyhow, she started.

"Umm, well, we just had a captain's meeting and the lasted news that Nero has told us is that six captains, one including myself and a reconteam will go to hueco mundo to investigate the disapearence of our very own captain Yushiro. Our departure will be in five days. That day maygo down in history. There may be something in Hueco Mundo that is expecting our arrival, or it juat may be a deserted land. Anyways, you don't need to worry about that. After our departure, it is your job to protect the Soul Society. Half the captains will be leaving here, so if anything attack here we aren't at full strenght. So, while many captains and myself shall be away, I want each and everyone one of you to be more careful and on the lookout. Please protect Seiretei. I bid everyone a good rest of your day, you are all dissmised."

With that she finished, "God, that was messed up!" Nisaki thought, flustered. She sighed and walked over to her office. She opened the door and turn on the light. Her attention was emidietly drawn to her desk for there was a white bonsai flower that lay peacefully on it. Nisaki walked over to the desk, picked up the flower and smelled it. It had a faint smell, yet it's aroma was still very nice.

"There is only one person who know what my favourite kind of flower is..." Nisaki mumbled, "Akira...", She sighed and thought about the mission her and the other captains had received. "Shoud I train for it?" She thought, "Nah, it will just get me tired... Actually I should train for at two or three day then rest for the other ones. It will give me a good balance. But, I hate training... At least alone. I know! I'm ask Akira to train with me!"

Nisaki smiled at her idea and took off from her office using shunpo. She arrived at the
13th squad grounds. She found Akira's office and knocked on the door. She waited several secondes but no one answered. She then opened the door, and found a note on his desk. It wrote:
"I'm going back late. The metting was very important, prepare a squad meeting at night; I have to tell all of you about it. Ak.-"

There was only one place that Akira would have to right of mind to go. Since Akira and Nisaki knew eachother from way back when, they knew eachother like the back of their hand.

Nisaki walked to the forest and eventually found him. Akira was training. Nisaki not willing to interupt him, jumped up on a tree branch and watch him.

"Yeah... The sky really nice today." Nisaki saw her grounds, "Oh, look I'm already here!" She turned to Ugeto, "Thanks for the walk! Maybe we can do this someother time too." She said smiling.

"Heh Yeah... Call me" Ugeto replied still laughing... "See ya Nisa-chan, If ya ever need to relax just find me!" He yelled out as he walked waving to her over his shoulder...

Ugeto walked on through Seiretei... just wandering aimlessly... not wanting to go back because he knew his squad would force him to do his paperwork... They were a good bunch... they know how to have a good time... but unlike their captain they know that the paperwork is important "Heh... Im feeling hungry... I wonder where I can get something to eat...." Ugeto thought outloud to himself "Maybe I should go handg with one of the other captains... Ah!... Hei should be in the 11th squad barracks!!! I'll go see him... an I'll take some sake!" He yelled out suddenly getting an idea..

Using his shunpo he quickly arrived at his barracks and snuck into his office, he grabbed his stash of sake and just as he was laeving a member of his sqaud entered "OI! Ugeto-taichou! Get back here and do the paperwork" He yelled out... but it was to late... no ordinary shinigami could catch Ugeto... especially when he was avoiding work...

"Phew... heh heh heh... Not gonna get me to do work... damn right..." With that Ugeto made his way over to the 11th squad barracks... he casually walked in and entered Hei's office without knocking "Yo! I brought sake! Lets party" Ugeto said as he walked in smiling broadly...

"Heh? Sake?... I prefer tea, but sake's not bad once in awhile", said Hei, moments after he decided to take one step out of his room. It was Ugeto, he didn't recognise for a moment, since he was still half-asleep, or more or less, he was trying, and ended up getting up in a half asleep state. Though he woke up when someone, was sent flying across the room, with a wooden sword hitting him square in the head. The wooden sword broke in two. For a moment the room froze, but all Hei did was crack his neck, tilting it once or twice.

"Oh... It's you Ugeto, don't you have work to do? Being drunk would waste a lot of time...", not that he really cared, he had a lot of time to burn anyways.

"Heh... well... If Nero wants to send me on an extremely dangerous mission... even though I volunteered... He can put up with a bit of late paperwork... Or a lot" Ugeto laughed as he poured himself and Hei a drink "Plus... Have I ever cared about work" Ugeto broke into hysterics over this... "Ha ha... Sorry I may have had a bit on my way over here..." He said as he pulled out an empty bottle of sake and dropped it onto the floor...

"So... you up for a drink... or are you afraid I'll out drink the legendary Kenpachi!" He teased as he he raised his drink... "well... Or would you rather just go to sleep till we go... Come on man... we are both going with the recon team and that makes us comrades... And comrades drink together!"

"Heh, Kenpachis are fighters, not drunks...", said Hei, though he looked around, the rest of, or at least whoever was currently in the headquarters wanted a drink too.

"But, as a captain, I can't lose", said Hei, taking a seat, waiting for Ugeto to place the sake down.

"heh... I won't lose... What do you think I do at night while avoiding work!" Ugeto boasted, though to a normal person that wouldn't be something to boast about, as he placed a drink in front of Hei and placed the bottle between them... "Ok... lets go" He said raisng his drink once more to toast before beginning...

Ugeto drank quite a lot but Hei seemed to keep on par with him... "Well this is surprising he exclaimed... the entire of the 11th squad was drinking aswell but not nearly as much as the two captains "So you can hold your drinks... but you'll start to feel it before I do!" He exclaimed as he took another drink...

"Don't be so sure, doing this copious amounts of time isn't the only way to resist it", he said, gulping down another full cup. Some of the squad was already drunk asleep, some of the reserved members didn't drink, and had already left. While some were singing drunken songs, and drunken fights that last for only a moment, when Hei kept them under control by throwing a nearby object at their heads, knocking them off to sleep. Hei had no paperwork to think of, while Ugeto had a large amount... Well, he'll definitely be dragging this guy back to his headquarters after this.
