Seth-Raine chuckled and playfully pushed him. Knowing that if he fell he would not be able to get up. He had seen that before. And it was hilarious. But once Landen got up he had to hide for the entire day so he didn't get killed. "Not a poison user huh? And your a mage? So all of this reading will do you good then huh?" Seth-Raine said with his big smile.

His white hair blew softly in a wind as he leaned against Landen. It was true. Landen was a half foot taller then him. One of the only people in the village to be so. He playfully punched the armor and then turned to the girl. "Well...Im not sure if you know. But Im one of the only poison masters in this region." Seth-Raine said. "I was even taught by the great, Andariel." Seth-Raine explained.

Anyone who read any books on poison knew who Andariel was. He was THE poison master. Any poison, he could cure it. Any ingredients. He could make a knew one. And luckily, Seth-Raine was his grandson and was given the option to learn and did for just over half a decade.

"But...If you do know about what happened to him he died at an old age." Seth-Raine said a bit disappointed. But the small frown became a big smile. "Im getting impatient! Whens this guy gonna be here?!" Seth-Raine said looking around. He zipped around the girl Noir and his best friend Landen. He even stood on top of Landens shoulders for a moment before he leaned against Noir. "I don't think hes here yet." Seth-Raine said pointing out the obvious.

Well, being hired by the humans and mystics army isn't bad. The pay's good and it'll keep him going for a long time. Though, he couldn't help but love the cheerful atmosphere of the area, walking around a few steps he can already grasp that bustling city feel. Taking a moment to stretch, he raised his arms over his head, making a sound of relief as he did. It's been awhile since he's had the chance to stop somewhere a rest, maybe acquaint himself with some of the soldiers, since they may prove to be strong connections in the future. But nonetheless, his job was to follow orders until the job is done.

Walking around, he spotted a group that seemed to interest him. Also they looked promising as soldiers too. They were soldiers, he could tell mostly since they brandished weapons in public. Well, no harm in saying hi, and with that he walked up towards them. By a few steps away they should notice him, and by then, he raised his hand, in a friendly manner and said,

"Hello, you guys are soldiers of the army right?".

Noir had actually read plenty on The Poison master, so she couldn't help but notice that well, they all seemed kind of... special there. Landen was well... a giant, and probably very, very powerful, then a poison master who learned from the poison master, and then a mage who already had more knowledge then anyone her age, all about many, many different things.

Her cheeks were beat red when Seth-Raine leaned against her. The contact had her mind going into panic and even though she was going to add more to the conversation, her words were lost from the surprise.

"A-ah... um..." She didn't want to just tell him to not make contact, it was that she minded it, it was just that it was something so foreign to her.
She looked over to the newcomer, her head seemed to twitch into his direction as if he snuck up on her or something. She was having an awkward moment, so Noir was just jumpy.

Seth-Raine and looked at the older man. "Hey! Are you the one whos supposed to be bringing us to the big city?!" He asked impatiently. He smiled brightly. Already knowing the answer. "YES! COME ON! LETS GET GOING!" He shouted excited.

Seth-Raine was also impatient and always wanting to do something new. Monotony bored him to death. Which is why he always read books and learned new techniques from them which he practiced constantly.

He punched Landen's armor and grinned. "If I know you...You won't be able to make it the whole way there with out complaining once eh?" Seth-Raine joked and looked up at the adult in front of them. He put his arm over Noir and brought her close. "Ya ready?!" He asked her with a bright smile.

Landen made sure to catch his footing when seth-raine pushed him. He knew just what he was trying to do. Then seth had zipped around. On his shoulders for a moment then leaning against the girl Noir for a moment. He was saying the other guys wasnt there. "Well thats obvious." landen said playfuly. Everyone else had said something about themselves so it was his turn. "Well Im a berserker...kinda explains the size and armor and stuff...Im one of the biggest guys around here but hey sometimes that can come in handy." he said as he noticed another man walk up.

The new guys rasied his hand and said hello. Landen turned his direction and smiled "Hey, yea were soldiers...what about yourself? and are the guy whos suppose to meet up with us? If not hes realy late..." landen said looking around again. "An be patcient seth buddy...we arent even sure if hes the right guy" he added. Seth-raine was being playful and landen had caught his joke about complaining but couldnt think of a catch comeback. So taking a few steps over to the guy he stuck out his hand for a shake. "Anyway im landen bellanes...call me by either name." he said with a smile.

Noir felt the fire on her cheeks, honestly, she knew it probably looked like someone scrubbed a bunch of red dye into her skin once Seth-Raine's arm was over her. It had actually taken awhile for her to react, she felt contact being made and she felt herself being pulled close but it took a moment for it to click in.

When it did, she jumped away and fell back, against Landen, luckily he was big enough for her to fall against without actually knocking him down.
She felt like an idiot, so her hands quickly pulled as much hair into her face as she could to hide the red.

"A-ah... I-I-I'm sorry... physical contact... I-'m not used to it." She said, closing her eyes tightly. How embarrassing. She couldn't even pay attention to the adult there, her mind was too busy scolding her for being so terrible at social interaction.

"Uhh.. No I'm not, if anything I'm waiting for someone too", he said, taking a step back from one of the people's sudden outburst. While the other seemed to do the opposite, as in draw back and away a bit. Then he quickly began to answer the other man's question,

"No I'm not really a soldier, I was hired into the army", he said, taking a step back into his original position.

"So you're Landen", he inspected, hmmm... Lander? Or Lan (lolMMBNreference)? What would be a fitting name?

"And he would be Seth", no nicknames there, aside from Raine, which is his other name,

"well my name is Shen Dragounov", he said, after a moment, he noticed that the other one, who seemed pretty shy hasn't introduced herself yet.

"And what's her name? She seems like she's about to burst", he said.

When Noir jumped it about scared landen out of his armor. It had been so sudden he hadnt known what to think. She bumped into the back of him and he turned and quickly helped her up. Hearing her part about physical contact he didnt touch her for long but kept a hand on her shoulder to make sure she was ok. "Hey calm down its fine...are you ok?" he asked. It sounded like she might have hit her head on the thick armor when she half slammed into him. Apperently having so many friendly people around was knew for her. Takeing his hand off her shoulder he adressed the new guy again. His name was shen. "Well yea she is alittle shy...but her name Noir." landen said with a grin. "And well drat...so you not our man oh well he will get here...so if your not a soilder your not with us...not that it matters...who you waiting on?"

Seth-Raine ignored EVERYTHING that was going on. He zipped around and whined. "WHERE IS HEEE?! WE NEED TO START TRAINING!" Seth-Raine shouted before he plopped down. "Fine! Im just gonna read my book!" He said angrily. He plopped down next to the river and was almost immediately sucked into the book.

He zoned out completely as he read about something called "The Black Serpents Venom". He began to read...

"This is a peculiar venom I came across in my northern travels. Its a pseudo-venom which is rumored to be as close to the Black Serpents venom with out actually being it. For this you will need: Deer Antler and intestines. You will need part of a hawks talon, a snakes venom and any of the several types of the volcanic fern plant to make this."

Seth-Raine read it and looked around quickly for some ingredients. Nothing. He was a bit let down. "So whens this guy coming?! Do you know?!"

A little shy? Landen got it really wrong, very wrong, she was super shy, very, very shy. She sighed and stood there breathing at an even pace, trying to calm herself down and get the blushing off of her cheeks from what happened.

She couldn't help but giggle at Seth-Raine's impatience. She looked over his shoulder at his book and her eyes scanned the page curiously. Maybe... one day she could ask to have access to his books. Lately she had to red in moderation, or else she'd be out of books within a few days.
She sat down next to him, at the river and poked her feet into the water. She didn't wear shoes, although it hurt her feet not to do so, she was able to feel the earth's energy and use it to her advantage while bare-foot.

"Just... be patient, we'll be on our way soon." She said, smiling at the male slightly, though just like before her smile was just a crack of a smile.
