OoC: OH FFS! Where the HELL is your universe balancing? HONESTLY. My "friend" Luke who I've been wanting to hang out with for weeks but he was too "busy" just got a Wii and he just canceled our already-made plans to play Wii... so that he can fucking play Wii! ><

Layla stood quietly as decisions went around. She wondered what lie ahead. She didn't want to go back to the complex. Feeling trapped--she didn't like it. And the thought that it all might really be a test disgusted her. She shook her head lightly and finally spoke up. "I can handle any hacking. I...I can get into the system."

Layla changed her stance to a confident look, as though if she didn't she'd be knocked down by the fear that was chasing her.

[GenjutsuGaara]

Seneka looked over to Layla. "Thats good dudette." He said. "I suggest we get there now. Regardless of our state of mind. I seriously doubt it'll do anything major except mellow us out." Seneka said. "Yeah! So lets get going gang!" Seth said with bright smile. Seneka smiled his goofy stoner smile and looked at him.

"Lets do this then!" Seneka said. "Yeah!" Seth agreed. "Alright...So then we'll take Fayt and Layla with us. Seeing as how she can hack and the 3 of us know the way. Then we'll take...Jamie." Seneka said. "Haha...Good choices duuuude." Seth said. They bashed knuckles and chuckled.

Seneka looked at the group he was leaving behind. "You guys be good while the rest of us are gone." Seneka said and waved as their small group began to walk.

[Naomi]

Jamie looked at everyone. the plan sounded good and fayt had chosen a group. If fayt felt comfortable with that jamie didnt mind. She knew eros might not like it but there wasnt much he could really do. Jamie smiled and said "Ok ill go with you group...yall need a bit more muscle!" Jamie figured it might help eros if help eros be ok with it since she a layla were going. Now one thing still bothered her... taren. Jamie looked at him, sad about what she was going to say before her group left but she was going to be honest. "Taren I think you should stay with whichever group is getting supplies. After the fit you had earlier...plus the fact that right now your powers are litteraly zip due to the fact there isnt any sort of water out here...I.." she paused and sighed before finishing. "I think you would get in our way..." she trailed off not willing to make eye contact with the caner now.

Taren was listening to the whole plan. It all sounded good. But he wondered were he would fit into it after jamie had spoken. Then she began talking again. He listened with a slightly distant look in his eyes. Jamie had basicly said he was worthless to the group as is and for him to stay behind. Her words stung worse than blow to the face. Taren had already been feeling worthless but now he felt like dirt. Still he didnt show it. He just put on a grin and said "Yea your right...I probobly should stay behind." It was cancers nature to hide their feelings and shut themselves up. Taren was doing just that. He began to wonder if he should have just fallowed the instructions of the voice that had taken over him earlier. Atleast I wouldnt be in the way then... he thought to himself.

After taren surprisingly agreed with a smile jamie felt better. Unknown to her was just how badly she had hurt his feelings. Jamie thought everything was fine. "Ok well with that settled I guess lets go!" jamie took the lead jumping out of the truck to fallow the others.

ooc: I think I might set Taren up to become a bad guy...perhaps have him do something crazy like return to the lab...idk XD

Fayt was the last to follow the others, she waited at the van with Taren, Eros and the redhead scientist until they were a few meters away. "You two boys take care of yourself." She said, giving each of them a kiss on the forehead. She smiled and turned, sprinting to catch up with the others. When she did, she squeezed herself between Seth and Seneka and linked her arms to theirs. "So are you boys going to be my protectors?" She said with a smile, mostly trying to hide her depression.

Eros sighed as the rest of the group left, he knew with Seneka there he'd never get a chance to help them, he was basically useless now. Jamie, don't say things like that to Taren. He hissed mentally to her, watching her leave.

"Ignore what Jamie said, she's not thinking." Eros could tell Taren wasn't exactly feeling all too great.

[Naomi]

Taren smiled when fayt kissed his forehead. It made him feel even the slightest bit better which was nice, though he still felt completely useless. He watched the others walk off before slumping against the side of the van. His back scooted down its side until he was sitting on the ground. Eros told him not to worry about what jamie had said. That she wasnt thinking. But taren knew it was just the opposite. Jamie had been thinking, thinking about the safty of the group. If he were to have another fit or get stuck it a tough spot he wouldnt be able to do anything at the moment. Taren sighed. Right now it didnt matter what anyone told him he felt like jamie was right. Taren looked at eros for a moment. "Something about you and your sister...yall are the only ones who can read me like a book..." he said. Going to stand back up he added "Theres more important things to worry about though..."

Once taren stood though he got suddenly light headed and staggered for a moment. There was more static coming into his head. Run now...come to us... the voice said. Taren had a hand on his head now. The static cut back out and the command was only issued once. Rubbing his head taren had another headache. Not wanting it to seem like something was realy wrong with him taren said "I stood up to fast...have a headache...anyone got Tylenol?" Taren was going to wait an make sure he wasnt just hallucinating before asking the red headed scientist anything.

Jamie had caught eros words to her. She wasnt sure why he had said not say stuff like that. Taren had smiled and agreed...or maybe she was missing something. It was aries nature to be honest with people and not to apologize. Jamie didnt feel like she was in the wrong but she didnt say anything back. She didnt want to argue with anyone. Instead she just fallowed along with the group to the complex. She could worry about stuff like that when they returned.

It took a little time for the group to reach the complex but they dide. Seneka and Seths high wore off. He stood at the entrance. "Well...Lets get going. In. Out. Van." Seneka said. He knew everyone understood what he meant. "I don't know why you followed Jamie...We didn't really need to that much. Very little muscle is needed here." Seneka admitted. "Don't be like that Seneka dude." Seth said. Seneka shook his head. Seneka took a breath and opened the door slowly and peeked in. He opened the door and quickly ushered everyone in. He looked around. The place nearly seem deserted.

"This is a bit strange." Seneka said. "Yeah dudes and dudettes. Im a little freaked out by this." Seth said as he looked down the 2 empty halls. That lights were on. But...Nobody was walking around. There were no people in the immediate area. Seneka and Seth caught a wiff of something. "Ugh...Thats disgusting." Seneka said as he covered his nose. "Its gnarly dude." Seth added.

Seneka walked down the hall way a bit and looked down. He turned and vomitted loudly. He fell to his knees and puked even more. The hall way was covered in the thick purple bio-mass that was in the overminds chamber. The bodies were shredded through the hall way. Large tentacles stood eerily still. They were covered in blood. Seneka looked up at this friends and motioned them away. Seth ran over to help his brother. "No! No! Don't come this way!" Seneka called. Too late. Instantly Seth vomitted onto the purple mat of bio-mass.

He turned away and dragged his brother to the group. Both were horrified at what they had seen.

OoC: This is gonna be kinda short, I'm distracted and busy. D': My plans that were canceled with Luke got... er... un-canceled... I have no idea why I agreed to go, though...=_=;;
Which reminds me, Gen, you're a male, do you have ANY idea as to why guys with cars like to take me out drifting and assume I think it's amazing? =_=

Eros shrugged. "Well, we're all water signs, that could have something to do with it." He explained. When Taren asked for Tylenol, he dug into his pocket and pulled a small bottle out, handing it to him.

"Something's wrong, isn't it?" He asked, raising a black eyebrow at the younger Zodiac. "If Fayt finds out she'll be worried."

Fayt didn't even end up looking to what Seneka and Set saw, or why they vomited, but she found herself gagging at the sound, covering her mouth and holding it back down. She couldn't even stand hearing people vomit, good thing she didn't see it.

"W-What happened?" She asked as the two came back from whatever they saw. Her eyes were wide, she knew something was really, really not good, she was already horrified about whatever was going on. She had pretty much wasted all her courage from the other trips, there seemed to be nothing left of it.

[Naomi]

Jamie frowned for a moment. "You and your brother invited me when yall were high...otherwise I would have stayed with eros and taren." jamie said. She didnt sound offended more playful. But that soon stopped when they reached the complex.

The halls were empty. It was odd but they continued into the complex seneka at the lead. When seneka freaked out and vomited fallowed by seth jamie knew something was deffinetly wrong. What had they seen? Both the twins seemed horrified. "Im checking this out...dont stop me." jamie luckily had a very strong stomach. She knew something was dead due to the stench but when she forced her way past the twins and to the turn in the hall even she was shocked. Jamie didnt throw up like the twins had but her eyes were wide with shock and fear at the purple biomass and shredded bodies in front of her. She gulped and took a deep breath to calm down. Turning back to the group but not leaving the corner she barely stammered "What now?"

Taren nodded a thanks to eros for the tylenol after dry swallowing two pills. He was hoping they realy would make his headache go away even though he doubted it. When eros kinda questioned if something was wrong taren just sighed. He felt like he could trust the older zodiac but he still wasnt sure about the red headed lady with them. "Well something may be wrong..." taren said quietly pulling the file he had found on himself. Quickly he found a pen and underlined the part about whatever project FLEA was. Handing it to eros he said "I think that may have something to due with my fit I had...but im not sure..." lowering his voice further he added "And im not sure I trust her" motioning towards the scientist. Taren hadnt mastered mental communication just yet. Bring his voice back up alittle he added "All I know is I start to hear static then a voice telling me to come to it. I dont know were to go but my body wants to move like it does. When I fight it I have my fits and get a headache." Taren looked at eros now wondering if perhaps the older zodiac knew something. He probobly didnt but maybe he could help figure something out.

The Overminds voice boomed to the small group. "Come to me my broodlings. Walk over the creep. Do not fear the biological spires. They are extensions of me. They will bring you no harm."

Seneka gulped in unison with Seth. "We have to go back down there dude?" Seth asked. Seneka nodded and stood up. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath and began to walk down the hall towards the "creep" covered hall way. He looked at Seth, Layla, Jamie, Fayt and then the creep. He took a step onto it. The creep was cushiony but slick. He took several careful steps as Seth followed. "Dude...I have a bad feeling about this..." Seth said to everyon.
