Kano sighed looking down. "It realy doesnt matter if I get attached and then your gone...It would be the same with anyone else...no matter what Im still immortal and anyone who I came to care about would eventualy Die and leave me alone...Thats why im so stand-offish...why I try not to get attached to others..." Kano gripped his hand into a fist. He felt like crying which was something new to him...and the sadist part was that he had no idea why he wanted to cry. "I...I realy just want enjoy not being alone...enjoy being with you while I can...This is a once in a life time opertunity for both of us not to be alone..." Kanos word just sort of faded towards the end. He could feel a tear sliding down his cheek. What is going on with you! Pull yourself together! he thought to himself, but he couldnt help it. Kano kneeled down next to raine and put his hand under her chin tilting her head towards him. Making eye contact with her he said "If I didnt care I would have left or killed you already....So please just beleive me when I say I care and Im not going anywere..."

[Exaltations]

Raine's eyes were clouded with confusion, she barely even understood what was happening, after all Kano wasn't the only one not used to this stuff, if anything Raine should be more not used to it, because she was secluded from being around people her whole life, simply social interaction was weird, but this?

"I... I'm sorry." She didn't even know what she was apologizing for. She reached her hand out and caught Kano's tear with her finger, wiping it off his face. "For a man to allow a girl to see him cry, that's quite the sign of trust." She tried to smile, but it wouldn't come, her eyes that gazed back into Kano's were watering. She wanted to cry too but it didn't get past watery eyes.

She didn't have the right to be pouty just because she was going to die, at least she could, but Kano... he couldn't...

After raine wiped away his tear kano took her hand and closed his eyes for a moment. "I guess...yea thats right...I guess I do trust you..." kano said. He had never been this open with himself. Raine had brought back the human side of kano he had abandoned so long ago. Standing up he pulled raine up with him. "What do you say we go look for the guys now..." Kano still hadnt let go of her hand. Infact he held on tight like it was some sort of treasure to him.

ooc: eh that was short...but we needed to get out of the whole crying emotional thing...atleast for a moment...I cant think of anything else...*emotional side of brain temporarily dies* XP

OoC: Yay, now if they're on the search, I can finally do the gory scene for killin' Raika.

Raine nodded and squeezed Kano's hand back. She had enough of the mushy moment, it was actually a little too much for her to handle since it was something so new, going to find the others was a good idea and well, luckily it wasn't her who had to change the subject.

She pulled her hand away from Kano's to turn. "Alright, let's go for Raika first, he was wounded last we saw him so he seems to be first priority." She started off into a run. She wondered if someone got to Raika and killed him already, she wasn't sure, it could be a good time for them to do that considering he had some broken bones and everything.

She shuddered at the thought of that sound that came when Raika's bones were broken.

Kano nodded. "Right we'll find raika first...even though if hes still severely injured I may be tempted to hurt him worse...Ill just have to control myself..." kano said. He was feeling better now that his emotional tizzy was straitening out. and a small weak smile crept over his face. All the confuseing thoughts in his head were ebbing away as he ran along next to raine. He sadly also noticed something...he realy needed to get use to running again. Kanos was alittle slower then most people but not to terrible. He was keeping the current pace well. "Any ideas about were he might be though? We could run around for days and not find him if we dont have a starting point..." kano said as the thought crossed his mind. They realy didnt have a good idea of were either of their teammates were.

Khryseis let out a sigh. "I'm leaving..." She attempted to stand up and fell over on her ass. "Dammit!" She continuously tried to get up, and she continuously fell over until about after a hour.

"Victory is mine!" She cheered to herself.

"Now let's see you walk."

Khyrseis snorted at the statement and stubbornly turned her head from where it was facing. "Let's see you try and get out when I'm not hungry."

"Is that a challenge?"

"Yes, I believe that is what it is." A grin spread across her face. She looked up at the sky and let the sun shine in her eyes. She starred at it until she cried. After a while, she purposely fell onto her back and looked at the clouds. "We've been so active we forgot about the world."

ooc: so um...were has everyone gone? I know we had a recent influx of non naruto rp but must we abandon our old ones??? lol j/k but were is everyone?

Raine sighed and shook her head, she stopped running. Now that she thought of it, she had no idea where Kai and Raika were, so how could she ever actually find them? Obviously she wasn't going to, they were probably really far by now, she could tell. "We won't find them, unless we happen to come across them, or they come across us."

She sighed. "Should we try and go on with the mission either way? Maybe they'll do the same and head that way..."

Kano stopped when Raine did. "Thats our best bet...if anything im pretty sure they would still try and get the mission done...they both have to much pride to not make an attempt..." he said. then he thought of something else. "I bought a map in the town we left..." he added as he also realised they wernt sure as to were they were in comparison to the castle. Kano pulled out the map and looked at it for a long time. About 5 minutes. "South" was finaly the word to leave his mouth. "If we go south along the forest we should come to the castle in a few weeks. Its a long ways off..." Then he started adding the other factors in his head. "damnit...the distance on top of the fact that every little bastard around here wants to get in our way is going to stretch the trip out even longer..." he said with a sigh. He turned facing south. "We might as well get on with it...theres a river a fews days away from here that would make a good spot to rest and drink...past that there realy isnt much but trees...it would be our last good stop before the castle unlees we detour to a village." Kano was rash and alittle foolish sometimes but he realy wasnt stupid like some thought he was. When he had the time Kano actualy liked to think ahead and plan. It made life easier.
