[Naomi]

"Raine!" Kano said slightly alarmed when she had another coughing fit. He wondered if she had perhaps pushed herself to hard. With the freaky little girl still around they needed to get out of there. He walked over and put his arm around raine. Taking a short glance back at the girl he said "Ill find you again and when I do I want my questioned answered!" at that he made a handsign and raine and he both disappeared.

They reappeared in the forest. "Are you ok?" he asked raine his arm still around her.

Raine looked up to Kano, her bright green eyes looking a little weak from the coughing. She hated this, she hated having such a fatal problem with her, too. Sure if it was something of a cold she wouldn't mind but this coughing was always going to show up in the middle of battle and such, which is clearly the worst time.

She wiped the blood off of her chin and the corners of her mouth with her wrist, of course her hand now had all the blood on it...

"I'm alright... I'm still alive so I'm fine..." She said, grumbling slightly. She hated this, very, very much. Soon she was going to become a burden, too.

Khryseis wanted to follow them and help the girl. Oh, she want so much to help the girl, but she knew she wasn't wanted. She felt like walking but the man said her would come back for her, and she couldn't move anyway.

The lady's chakra ran out. And I lost my Uchiha chakra.

Khryseis tried to recall what had happened. She couldn't quite remember, she could only recall darkness. "I'm a monster." She said to herself bluntly. "I'm a flat out, psycho, vicious and murderous monster. I deserve to die, I really do, but I...can't. I have to live for the sake of my sanity. I have to get it back."

She sat on the ground trying to move her legs. It hurt to move them an inch, but she strained to try and move them much further than that. She had had enough of the pain holding her back. She fought through the pain of her muscles that was all through her body.

I have to. My mother and father are waiting.

Kano knew she wasnt alright, but he also knew raine would never admit it. He wiped the blood off her hand. Kano spotted a nearby rock. It large enough for someone to sit on. "Hey why dont you rest for a while...I can get my stupid ritual over with...then we can go look for Kai and raika." Kano was smiling and talking kinda peppy trying to cheek Raine up, even though he wasnt very good at things like that. In the last few days they had know eachother Kano had gotten fairly attached to raine and he honestly didnt like seeing her hurting like this.

[Exaltations]

Raine sighed. Really she actually was fine, it was just a coughing fit and it was gone now, the only problem she had was that Kano was treating her all special because she was sick. She didn't like it, he probably wouldn't be like that if she was in perfect health. Just like she probably wouldn't have the chance of carrying his child if she was in good health aswell.

"Fine, fine." She sighed once more and went over to the rock, sitting down on it and staring at the ground with an expression of irritation mixed with boredom and a slight bit of sadness, a very, very slight bit of it.
She didn't like the fact that he got this whole new treatment because she was going to die, because she knew it would be different if she was going to be alive for a long time for sure, there would be no point in treating her special if she was fine.

[Naomi]

"Huh? you look irritated..." kano said. He wasnt sure what he had done wrong. Damnit I knew I was no good at this stuff... he thought. Finaly he just asked "What did I do? I know I did something...look im not use to feeling this way so just bare with me...what did I do to make you mad?" Kano realy was starting to get a feeling for raine. Liking someone was totaly knew to him though....most of the time he hated everyone he met. Raine seemed different though. He hoped she would answer him and not ignore him. What was the oddest thing to him though was the fact that he actualy cared if she was mad at him. He didnt want her mad at him. Oh...what is going on with you kano... he thought to himself. He wasnt sure why he had even started to care but he did. Kano sighed feeling confused.

[Exaltations]

Raine bit her lip and shook her head. "I'm not mad I just..." She sighed, looking up to Kano, her emerald eyes locking with his. She wasn't mad at him, she was just irritated at well, how he was treating her, he was treating her good and she was sure it was just because she didn't have long for the world she was living in now.

"I just don't like knowing I'm only getting special treatment because I'm dying." She said, trying to sound as casual as possible as she could with it. She looked back down to the ground. She didn't even know why she cared, she would have just shrugged it off any other time, but for some reason she didn't like knowing Kano only treated her the way he did because of her illness... well, she was sure that's why he was doing it, anyways.

[Naomi]

"So that what you think?" kano said. His typicaly goofy tone of voice had disappeared to filled with a more serious tone. "Do you realy think I would care if someone was dieing? Do you realy think I would treat them special because of it?" he questioned not realy looking for an answer. "If just about any other person was dieing I would typicaly try my best to run them ragged and then probobly laugh at then when the suffered...I treat you like this because...because...well..." Kano was having issues with this. His head was so confused anyway from it all. He had to think for a moment for the right word. "Well I guess its because I actualy found someone I care about, You..." he said

Raine slid off the rock and sat infront of it, leaning against it as she hugged her knees close to her body. She was shocked, so she kept her face hidden behind some of her hair and behind the knees she'd hugged close to her. "If that's the case, then you shouldn't hand around." She muttered.

It wasn't because she didn't want him around, but it was for another reason, that seemed perfectly legit to her. "If what you say is true, you'll only become attached while I'm slowly dying, then I'll be dead and well..." She shrugged. She didn't believe someone cared about her anyways, but even if he thought he cared about her, she figured she'd simply warn him.

Khryseis had been waiting for quite a while, and she found her self quite annoyed. She could hear all of that little sounds around her. The chirps of a bird, rustle of the trees, the wind, sticks.

"Damn A.D.D! Those assholes locked me in a cage so long that I had gotten used to being alarmed by any sound and now I have A.D.D!"

"Can't be too bad."

"Shut it."

"One day I'm going to have to teach you some manners."

"Shove it, fuck off, get bent, shut up! I don't give a damn what you do just leave me the hell alone for a second!"

"It's already been one second."

"Someday I'm going to find a way to kill you. Someday."

"Only when we die. You know that."

"Yeah, but sometimes I wish I didn't. You know that."

She laughed. "What would you do without me?"

"I'd probably have less suicide thoughts." She laughed again. The breeze blew by again. She could hear the sweet sound of the birds, and rustling of the trees. "DAMMIT! A.D.D!"
