Brad was home alone eating tacos when suddenly a large cloaked man barged through his door and said in a booming voice "A letter form the Shadows Knife Society", Then left out of no where. Brad read the letter and it read,"Dear Brave Warrior,
You have been selected by your leader, to participate in an activity, appointed by the leader himself. You will, arrive to your docks, in three days. The docks you will meet at is, Beijing docks (pagan)/ London port (imperial)/ port New York (scholar). The details of this mission of yours, is to investigate an island in the Strata Ocean, you cannot deter yourself from doing this. If you are forced to by symptoms such as, death, severe and fatal injury, or something else, you will be pensioned. Missing the boat is also another factor, but we will investigate for the possibility of it being intentional. Good day. Then he chuckled then went upstairs and packed some stuff and head out to catch his boat

OOC: If you're part of the Order of 5 Elements, you're not an assassin, since they're rather the sort to research. But some individuals degenerate into assassins, so I'll allow that.

Tena had continued running and had eventualy run out of the storm. The sun was shining now and she checked her location and time. She was approching a small town called Xenotime. It had already been about one days worth of travel and she still had two days worth of non-stop running if she was going to catch the boat, even with the added speed and endurance she received from having her thundar talents she had alot of distance to cover. Tena decided that if she made it fast she would have enough time to stop for a quick meal in Xenotime. As she ran into the town she spotted a small bar. She entered and went up to the counter and ordered. As she waited she glanced around. The bar was painted red with many interesting paintings hanging on the walls. It had a basic concrete floor and was actualy fairly clean. When her food arived she paid and decided she would have to eat on the run. This was why tena hated time limits and tended to be late for everything. Sadly I cant be late for this she thought as she took off running again, snacking the whole time on her food.

ooc: yea Im probobly going to wrap up my characters journy to the dock in about three post. One for each day...then Ill just wait for everyone to catch up if they havent already beaten me...Sadly I tend to fall behind on things. XP

OOC: Well this game's gonna go through two chunks... You can give me the ideas now and when the second section of the story begins, I'll apply them there, that is if I approve of them. And Genjutsu, no harm done, I find this quite common when it's an RP with a completely original system and stuff.

IN:
Daily training, morning had already arrived, so tomorrow was the last day where he could stay at home. His son's birthday was only tomorrow, already little Karasu can speak, his first word was "Ying", next it was "papa", then "mama"... It was very much a sign, maybe he'll carry on this blade's legacy, though when he got a minor fortune told by his mother, he was told that he'd have two sons. Well, maybe she was wrong... But he couldn't help that the second son will be coming soon, it was the dead of night, he couldn't sleep since these days were the last few where he could stay home, he sensed this mission to be long. Looking from the dojo, which sat atop a hill, he could see the moon.

Tonight it was full, it's silver light shone across the wrinkled sea, Neo Tokyo was visible, but only a small series of bumps on the horizon, only around a day's trip there, since the currents between New Beijing and there were strong, so it required a bit of navigation. He wondered who he was going to meet, Arkanos who was a familiar ally was going to go with him. Though late today, he was told that there might be a few extra people. He might as well get some sleep, and write up some basics in swordplay, and then advanced in case the day comes when he passes away. They do say that in legends, when the hero has a family, the hero will die, leaving everything else behind. This doesn't apply to only heroes, but other families with fighting fathers... At least he won't have to worry about his wife, more fluent than him in Kung Fu. He was very proud of this, and chose his wife well, but unlike a lot of marriages, she loved him back the moment he loved her. With these thoughts, he was able to go back to bed, and sleep easy, just let go of this day, and concentrate on the next.

It was the third minute of dawn when Ayane came out of the cave. She felt that someone is coming. And then, he came out of wood.
"Oh, it's just you." she mumbled. "What do you want? I am not done with the project."
"Bad mood, as always. I am here to deliver you a letter." said Steven, guy from Order of five elements.
He gave Ayane the envelope. She opened it and took out the letter.

"Whatever."
She went back to cave, took her bag, and started walking to Beijing docks.

"Dammit!" a man shouted as he knocked on a door. He looked to be in his 20's, and by his clothes you could tell he was a messenger. "This girl took me an hour to find (for a messenger that is a long time)! She'd better be here!"

After three minutes of knocking he slammed the door down with a single kick. When he entered he was surprised to find that he, without noticing, had be caught in a neck hold with a knife to his neck. A solemn voice of a girl whispered out "What business do you have here?"

He replied stubbornly, unaffected by his current situation "You must be Akalin." He smiled devilishly. "I have message from the Order of 5 Elements." She put the knife down and unfastened her arms around his neck and walked in front of him to receive the letter.

When Akalin faced him her eyes were soft and sad, with no intention to kill. He handed her the letter. "Thank you." she said "It must've been hard to find me since I move around so much."

"Oh, no. Not at all." She smiled at that. It was a fake smile though, he could tell. Even though her mouth was smiling, her eyes were not. They remained the same, soft and sad. He turned around and exited the house.

Once the door was closed the girl stopped smiling she read the letter:

Akalin sighed, "I guess I'll have to." She packed her things and set off towards London.
