Ok well the last rp I made died fairly quickly, but thats ok because I was having issues with the plot. This lead me to discover that if I have issues thinking of plots then why not try an improve type rp were we make it up as we go. I have been playing an rp like this and it's doing quite well so hopefully this one does too.

Now there is a story though so here it is :
After many years of being seporate nations with hidden villages all the countrys had come together and we ruled by a kind leader. The hidden villages were no longer needed or wanted and slowly sank away. The clans dispersed into other areas and the villages were left to rot. Years later a new ruler comes into power. He rules kindly but with an iron fist. Rebel's host an assasination which throws the united country into chaos. New borders are draw and new hidden villages formed. Clans that managed to stay together join new villages and new clans are also formed. New countrys have new alliances and enemys. The shinobi have returned and war may be on the horizon.

The time frame is sometime after the actual Naruto story line has ended so none of the characters from the series are going to be around.

So basicly you may be for any clan including ones you make up which means you can invent your own bloodline traits too. You also get to create your counrty and village, but what ever we think of our countrys will be allied.

Ok now that the fun part is over we have to go over Rules :

1. No godmod. You will be thown out if you try.
2. Keep bloodline traits realistic.
3. I want everyone to be on a fairly level playing field so if your character is to strong or to weak ,depending on the majority of characters, I may ask you to change them slightly.
4. Please state if others may be from your village. (just to help the less creative people, it gives them a choice to be from an already made village )
5. curse words are fine as long as they are not over-used.
6. I dont mind this getting romantic just keep it PG rated ok.
7. No more than 3 characters per person.

Now, since this is going to be an improve type rp everyone controls the story. This means my only role is acepting new characters and monitoring that the rules are obeyed. Other than that im realy just going to be playing along like eveyone else. Just try to keep from having to many plot twist. Keep it real and have fun.

short bio- Tokalu is the quiet type. He prefers to be alone or with a select group of friends, or atleast he did when he had friends. When the counrty fell apart and Tokalu and his mother joined the Reed village he was very confused. Why join a shinobi village? he thought antill his mother explained. They we the last two members of the Ishiga clan who had originaly been part of the mist village before the single country was created. Tokalu was ten when he discovered his past and he lost his former friends. They moved on from the village while he stayed with his mother. When he was twelve Tokalu discovered his clans unnamed bloodline limit which alowed him to move faster than the eye can see.. The village had been highly unorganised for the first four years Tokalu lived there but then it had settled down. He had risen in the ranks fast and is skilled in ninjutsu but excels at taijutsu due to his speed. He loves using weapons and is weakest with genjutsu. Now 18 he has lived in the village for eight years and is very loyal to it. In that time though he has still yet to make more friends. Still the one thing he beleives in is friendship and the only thing he hates is sensless fighting.
chakra element(s)- Water and earth
bloodline trait- Unnamed but it gives him the ability to move faster than the eye can see. When he moves like this it looks like he has disapeared and you cant see him again antill he slows down or stops. His movements are extremely hard to track even with eye techniques and the few who can track him are to slow to move anyway. The only way to stop his speed moves are to have an instant sheild of some sort. ex: something similar to Gaara's sand. The downside is his excelerated movements increase his heart rate and his breathing becomes hard to regulate. If used to much or to long he runs the risk of passing out or of having a heart attack. The longest he can use it is 2 and a half hours. After the first hour he cant properly regulate his breathing, after the second his heart is pounding so hard you can see him twitch with every beat, and last if he doesnt stop with in the next thirty minutes he risks having heart failure and death.
Jutsu- Ok well he mostly uses taijutsu and ninjutsu so...

Grave of stone- seals the oponent in a stone coffin then burrys his eight feet under. Best used for sneak attacks since the oponent just has to jump to avaid it.

Ishiga hurricane- A taijutsu move created by tokalu that uses his kekkai genkai. Its a rapid unseen series of kicks and punches designed to incompasitate an opponent.

Water style: A death of dispare - this move pulls water from the nearest sorce ,being the ground or a water source near by, and drowns the oponent in a swirling water ball.

Those are his specialty moves. Other than that he uses mostly standard taijutsu and sword moves. He carries a katana. Both of which are enhanced by his kekkai genkai.

(Decided that if he was going to the speed trait that pervents people from dodging him I was going to give it a downside too. Also anyone else can be from the same village. I dont mind.)

Short Bio: Jin was born in a Ninja Village, Unknown to any of the other Villages, Jin Lived in the Village hidden in the Sky for many 20 years. He is a person who only talks to friends, and his personality changes, he loves fighting and is extremely good at it. He uses Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Jin was taught about his clan at the age of 3, and passed the Ninja Academy at 5, he soon was a chuunin at the age of 6, and was already part of the Anbu at the age of 10. Jin is known as the child prodigy throughout the village and is next in line to be Sorakage.
Chakra Element(s): Lightning and Wind
Bloodline Trait: Jin is part of the Jikazu clan, his kekkei genkai gives him the ability to see through walls, cause illusions, and see and predict some different types of attacks. His eyes become black and his pupils are orange
Jutsus:
~Lightning Dragon A Dragon made of lightning is made and attacks the opponent, sometimes if controlled by Jin, it will home on them.
~Lightning Javelin Jin creates an javelin made of lightning, he can throw it or can use it as a spear
~Demonic Illusion:Army of Death Creates an Illusion of a large army of ninjas, they all feel and look realistic thanks to Jin's Kekkai Genkai
~Initial Gate Open: Gives Jin a boost in strength and speed.
~Heal Gate Open: Gives Jin another boost in strength and speed, and also heals all the wounds he had received until that point in time.
~Initial Lotus: A Taijutsu technique performed by opening the first chakra gate. Puts strain on the body. A kick to the jaw puts the opponent in the air, and using bandages or a bear hug to hold the opponent, they are then spun into the ground with extreme force.
~Wind Walk: Using his chakra, which is concentrated on his feet allows him to float on air for couple of minutes, it is pretty simple to use and can be used by anyone with Wind as one of their elements.

Apearance- Wild, black hair, and piercing red eyes. He has a maniacal smile on his face, and he wears no head band. He has a couple of scars on his body, but covering that is a coat, black and leather, it has coat tails to his knees. He wears leather pants and a black, button up shirt.

Weapon- He wields a silver bladed katana, made specially by his clan. Passed down through the leaders of his clan. This katana is able to be infused with one's chakra, and depending on the element, will gain a certain trait.

Short bio- The Tsurugi clan has been a criminal clan for generations, thriving off of the assassinations they've made, they've played a large role in the destruction of the old Empire. The Tsurugi clan since then has been dwindling, and Karasu is one of their few survivors. Now he lives off of his clan's legacy, criminalize or die.

Chakra element(s)- Fire, Wind

Bloodline trait- Overall, this Kekkei Genkai, is more emphasis on speed. Concentrating chakra to induce silent and consecutive teleportations, which are basically extremely fast movements. While one can do that if skilled enough, the thing about this one, is that it tricks the viewers into believing that there is more than 1 of the person. This Kekkei Genkai, is a combination of Ninjutsu, and Genjutsu, where Genjutsu creates the "illusion", of more than one combatant, while Ninjutsu, keeps it in the physical world. Other things about this, is that the user can make the other person, feel the pain of being struck when an illusion strikes them, even if they haven't, thus the Genjutsu trait, of controlling the mind. The other trait that makes this clan so effective in assassination, is their unique sword techniques, this also includes daggers, and other similar bladed weapons. Their sword techniques are derived from, "trick and strike", when fighting directly, and with the element of surprise, it's "one hit kills". They do this using illusions, and their chakra structure is more concentrated on the hands and feet, so blocking the ones on the torso, will not stop the fighter from fighting. And due to this, they're extremely skilled in strong, slicing blows, and agility, added with speed. This Kekkei Genkai is the person's genetic structure.

Jutsus-
~ Shadow Split: He can split into 7 seperate of himself, he doesn't need to sustain chakra to maintain them, more like the more chakra he puts into making them, the longer they stay. If any of the clones hit the target, the target feels pain, but does not recieve the damage.
~ Crow Swoop:A sword technique, derived from the fact that crows, swoop down and catch their prey in one go, this is similar. This is a dashing technique, he can sustain the dash, and during the dash, he's over three times faster than he was once before. During this time, he'll emit black feathers. This technique can be used to dash in and strike while their guard is down, or to run away and lose the pursuers.
~ Raven Beak: A long stab attack, well more like it's simply extending the blade so that it has a longer range. Naturally, the more chakra input, the longer the extended blade. The blade is derived from the user's chakra type, the deadliest is naturally wind.
~ Three Blades of the Bird: Right wing, left wing and beak. A three step attack, executed within a second. First it attacks the right side, then the left, and then a piercing stab.
~Chakra Blade: He can create a sword of chakra out of his own... chakra... Well that's all there is to it, but the longer he uses this, the more chakra it's going to consume, so he uses this as emergency.
~Winged Slash: He slashes, and shoots a blast of black wind from his sword, no matter how much or less chakra is put in, it'll always be extremely large. It's basically an output of chakra, sometimes it's infused with some flames.
~Infusion: Since most of his chakra points are at his hands and feet, he can concentrate chakra into them, making them stronger, and depending on the element, given a certain trait. For example with wind, the punch will emit razor sharp wind.

country and village- Defected from Hidden Sound was then Hidden Star and is now Hidden Smoke.
apearance- Tall, dark skinned, steel grey eyes, long black hair in a ponytail at waist length. Wears a set of long black shorts with a grey t-shirt.

short bio- Raika is a more quiet and calculating type of Shinobi that deals mostly in Genjutsu rather then Taijutsu or Ninjutsu. He once hailed from the Hidden Sound but quickly defected at the age of 12. He was hunted down and caught at the borders of the Hidden Star village and presumed dead by several Hidden Sound ANBU members. Raika was brought back to the Hidden Star village and nursed back to health by many of the villagers. After 2 years, Raika announced he was defecting in order to go on a search for other techniques and styles of fighting. As time passed, Raika matured quickly and became a Genjutsu user instead of the a Taijutsu or Ninjutsu user. After that, Raika joined the Hidden Smoke village and began to learn many of the techniques taught to the Shinobi there.

chakra element(s)- Water, Earth.
bloodline trait- (optional) Kuragan, An eye technique. The eyes become a set of circles descending into the pupil. Should you catch eyes with one of the owners of these eyes, Your vision immediately becomes impaired and twisted. The eyes as well allow the user to almost effortlessly draw out the enemies worst fears and make them a "reality.". Raika has this on near constantly. The big draw back to that is the more its used the more your senses begin to fail.

Special Jutsu: (My character mainly uses Genjutsus, so yeah. =P)
Demonic Illusion - Descending Sky Dragon.
Demonic Illusion - All Consuming Flames.
Demonic Illusion - Decaying Earth.
Demonic Illusion - Crawling Chaos.

Ok well I got my 3 or 4 people sooner than I thought I would, and everyone who posted so far is accepted.

And thanks for pointing out that I had forgotten jutsu's ichijin. Ill go add mine in a second. Well now we can start! but first we need to all figure out a way to meet....ichijin since your character is a criminal this could be difficult. Perhaps we could be a team put together to track you down??? IDK anyone have a good idea?

bloodline trait- she can become any animal in the world. or be half animal... like human with dragon wings or something like that. when she is in dragon form she can use fire but can't use warter and lighting and in human and other animal form can't use fire but can use water and lighting.

ooc: alright ill get this started then...hopefuly everyone else agrees too. Also gertce-chan I cant accept your character because there just isnt enough info about her, but if you add more to the bio then ill accept her. Also none of the old villages and countrys are here so you would need to come up with a new village and country...If you do those things your definentaly in.

in: Tokalu sighed as he walked through the reed village. Suposedly he had a special misson envolving the a few other countrys. "What could they be wanting me to do..." he said aloud to no one. He had been directly summoned by the ashikage so it had to be important. As he entered the building in which the ashikage lived he walked down the long hall to the kage's office. He walked in the room and bowed, as it was custom, then asked "What mission do you have for me ashikage-sama?" The ashikage was an older dark haired man with a deep groning voice. "Your mission is to meet at the trading post in the kashi mountains with two ninja from the sky and smoke villages. Yall are to hunt down and capture an s-class criminal by the name of Karasu Tsurugi." Great im going to be spending weeks trying to find a guy who might kill me with two guys I dont even know...Tokalu thought before sighing and speaking. "Yes sir Ashikage." Before he turned and left the room. Tokalu left for his house. Once there he packed what he would be needing, grabbed his katana, and left for the gate.

Afew days pass...

Tokalu arrived at the trading post in the kashi mountains. He had been sent a letter telling him to meet the others the the small curry shop in town. As he walked down the street to the shop he looked around for his new 'team' mates. O well maybe I will like them he thought as he walked into the shop and sat down waiting for his partners.

"Hmph... So they've started sending guys after me eh?", thought Karasu, sitting in a tree while he looked down on a few slaughtered bodies. He was a criminal, not because he wanted to be, not because it was due to some accident, it was purely because, that was how he lived. From birth, he was a criminal, his whole clan, they were all criminals, assassins to be precise. These days, there are no jobs, so he ends up taking out people with bounties on their head, for he is part of an underground society. This underground society thrived during the imperial rule, and now, it has begun to expand, and now with their own groups and clans, rivals, all that stuff.

"Well they might as well send someone strong... They'll never catch me with these mediocre guys", he said, dashing off towards his next destination, but god knows where that is, Karasu was after all, just a wandering criminal.
