The Hidden Wind Village

There are four clans Wolf clan,Snake clan,Wind Clan,Death Clan The wolf clan started the village. The sanke clan is what was left of the sound village. Wind Clan are the peace makers of the village. The Death Clan is the ninja who go on suicide missions or all the hard missions jonin wont do.

Right now... i can say a whole list of things that're wrong with this RP...
1. Naruto hasn't even finished yet, so your "The Story" is impossible until the actual Naruto storyline has finished 2. Pain's little brother? please be more original! this is simply ridiculous 3. The rules give ALOT of room for godmoding 4. You have the Rin'negan? if you read the manga, only one person is allowed the Rin'negan per generation, and the Rin'negan actually doesn't pass through people by bloodline, so it's impossible for you to have it anyways. Sorry to critisize, but you obviously need a much better imagination than that
