Mamoru smiled his battered smile. "Yeah...I made it." Mamoru said quietly. The threads in his body were being pushed to the limit. So much so they were losing their purple tint. Which means his body was re-organizing its chakra accordingly. Which was a normal occurence for the Kujirame clan. This was because of the threads in their bodies. It acted as a train or canal system to help them re-route the chakra faster. But right now he was running on little sleep AND chakra which meant this could be one long fight or short fight for him.

"I see the resistance against me. Its so powerful and negative." Sugatami's voice boomed. "Ayame...You know nothing of the Tabugan." He said as he closed his Mangekyou Sharingan eye. "His" Tabugan eye opened. He blinked slowly. It became a steel gray with a black star in the middle of it. "Behold...Your clans true powers." Sugatami said as the ground under them shook.

Mamoru fell to the ground and caught ayame and kale. "Ow ow ow!!" He muttered. He looked at Sugatami. Water began to spurt through some cracks. "This can't be good.."

ooc: ok well...I decided that there is no way I will ever let this rp die...its only been a week or two since we last posted so im bringing it back....again...isint it like the 5 time this has gotten inactive? Also I decided on something...Im going to kill ayame in some big dramatic way that turns the tide of the fight somehow...then bring in a new character...another girl I think...lol We shall see how this goes...

Ayame was shocked. This man shouldnt be able to gain levels that fast. Earlier his eye had been orange and now gray with a star? At this point ayame knew there was no way to defeat this man, the mirror, with technique alone. Ayame though everything through in her head. There was no easy plan out of this. She looked back an forth between mamoru and kale, her beloved friends. Nothing ment more to her then then, not even her own life was more important. It was at this moment ayame decided to use her forbidden technique, a technique that was impossible for anyone to have and impossible for even the most advanced sharingan or mirror to copy.

10 Slash Flash Step is what ayame had called it and it was a technique she had personally invented. The technique was incomplete though for one reason: If completed it would kill the user simply because the users body was not strong enough to withstand it. It required running at a speed were everything else around you literally froze. It was almost like using a time skip. Still the quick movements combined with slashing from her katana created the move. It was a sure kill, impossible to dodge and impossible to see at all, thus it was impossible to copy. When ayame developed the technique she almost killed herself. She dropped after the first 5 steps and had torn every muscle in her body and ruptured an organ. With the data she had gathered though she knew the human body would last for 10 steps and slashes before the heart would explode and all the bodys organs fail from the strain of trying to pump the blood. She would also tear every muscle in her body with the move. It was just impossible for a human body to deal with that much speed, even for such a short time.

Still no matter how she looked at it, ayame felt that using that move was the only way to save her friends for none of the three had the ability to take him down otherwise. Still looking between he friends ayame finally just sighed and looked down. The man they were fighting would take all 100 deep slashes to bring down. Even then it might not kill him.

"Im sorry guys...I love yall...It was wonderful knowing yall..." ayame felt a tear run down her face. she quickly looked at kale and said "You my best friend and the little brother I never had..." then looking at mamoru she said "You were my loves brother and tried so hard to keep me safe...you are a true friend..." then standing up she quietly said "Forgive me." and dissappeared.

In actuallity though ayame hadnt gone anywere she was just moving so fast that everything else around her was still. Ayame would have lobbed off the enemys head and ended it still living but from what she had discovered in her previous attack it was impossible to cut through his bones. They were so dense it was like trying to slice steal with a butter knife. Instead ayame would hit him 100 time through his chest and middle then slit his neck. If that didnt kill him nothing would. Ayame began to count the slashes and steps.

1-2-3-4....

While counting ayame began to look through her life. Happy childhood before her village was wiped out, being taken in afterward as a daughter by the hokage in the leaf, becoming anbu, escaping being an anbu, he entire young life of solitude, then the call back for the mission, Making new friends, the close calls and adventures, and now dieing for those friends. Ayame smiled. She had no regrets.

...8-9...10.

With the tenth slash and step ayame felt a terrible pain in her chest. Her heart had exploded just like she thought it would. She fell out of what looked like thin air landing in a motionless heap. All this time it looked like she had disappeared and reappeared. It took only half a second for the attack to be finished. Ayame held in until she heard a spurting sound and gasp from the enemy. 5 slashes to the stomach 4 in between to ribs (two on each side) and the final slash to the neck. If sugatami lived it would be a miracle.

Ayame layed there dieing now. Still she had the happiest and most peacful grin on her face. She had no regrets and had hopefully saved her friends. At that point she decided that after crossing over she would look for raika. It was the only thing to do once there. Then after finding him she would try and find her family. The spirit world couldnt be that big. These were her last thoughts as she died.

Back at the storm village something odd was happening. A girl blue eyes and and long blond hair braided back was staggering into the village. She didnt look injured but more sick. What was less obvious was the festering wound hidden under her clothes that was making her sick. Walking ito the streets she glanced around glass eyed and collapsed.

ooc: well....death to a good character and intro for a new one...should I make a template?

Mamoru reached out for Ayame...But she was gone. And in an instant. She was in front of him and Kale...A lifeless heap. "A..Ayame...?" Kale asked.
"N...NO!! AYAME!!" Mamoru shouted. He slid on his knees and turned her over. Kale came next to her. They were both horrified. "Ayame! Wake up!! PLEEEASE!" Mamoru shouted. But nothing happened. Her grin was on her face. He and Kale began to tear up. Kale put his head on her shoulder and began to cry. He had lost so much in the last year. It was
ridiculous.

Mamoru's tears slide down his cheek and hit Ayames. He was traumatized most definitely.
So was Kale.

Sugatami laid on the ground and fluttered his wings. He grunted. "Oh...Was it all for--" He began. As he got up. Multiple hearts failed. 3 at one time. He groaned and keeled over in pain. He looked up. "3 hearts in one fight? What the hell did she do?" Sugatami thought to himself. In serious pain. He fluttered his wings. He felt another pain. It was horrible. A 4th heart began to fail. "NOO!!" He screamed. He fluttered his wings quickly. "Children of the future...Know that....I will be back." Sugatami said as he folded his wings and disappeared.

Kale and Mamoru watched him disappear. They looked at their best friend...Gone...Dead...Expired...Kaput.
Mamoru cried and put her over his shoulder and began to make his way down the mountain with Kale. The 2 would never be the same again.

ooc: well actually I had been considering it for a few weeks now....in all honesty I just wanted something different...I have trouble keeping things the same for too long....im surprised I didnt kill her sooner actually...I had plenty of opportunity...I chose this moment so atleast she died somewhat like a hero...protecting her friends....anyway Im going to be playing as my new character now...just need a name for her...already have ideas...think ill do a final bit for ayame though...

Ayames soul had left her broken and torn up body, but it hadnt left the earth yet. Her spirit walked along side her friends for the time being. As she walked she reached out and touched them for probobly the last time. Her spirit hands feeling like little shivers then she said "I love you guys...forever and for always...till we meet again..." her voice nothing more then a whisper on the wind. Ayame soul then left the area. disappearing into the spirit realm.

The girl who had walked into the storm village sick and that had collapsed now lay in the street. For someone in such rough shape and shabby clothing she had an elegant blade at her hip. The girls hand was clutched tightly to it as if she would never let go. Even after she had collapsed though the girl didnt black out. She was still quite awake. Laying there she coughed then said "I know maki...I know...but we wont worry for now...someone will eventually help us..." the girl was talking but no one was there.

Unknown to her everyone in the small village had walked towards the side of the village by the mountains. The huge fight was not something they could easily not notice. The entire village population was standing there was mamoru and kale walked into view with ayames body.

OoC: Absolutely awesome way to go none the less. Just like my other character with the descending sky dragon. A damn shame...

Raika had been waiting for Ayame for awhile. As her soul entered heaven. He stood there waiting for his love. He smiled at her and waited for her to come into her arms. They 2 heroes embraced in a long hug. Many other dead spirits smiling as the 2 showed affection and began their life in the Heavens anew.

Mamoru and Kale took quite a bit of time to get to the village. "Hey...Whos that?" Mamoru asked tiredly. Kale shook his head. "I have no idea.". "Hey! Are you ok?" Mamoru called out. Kale jogged over to her and helped her up. "Are you ok?" He asked curiously. As he brought her over to Mamoru. "Well...You must be one of the new genin or chunin huh?" Mamoru said with a few tears still. "Kale, Take her back to our house...Tend to her there." Mamoru ordered. Kale nodded and headed off in the direction of Mamorus home.

Mamoru made his way to his soap box to announce another death of another hero. He was tearing quietly as he stood up. Many people turned and looked at him. A crowd quickly gathered. "My friends....Family....Brothers and sisters in arms...One of our family...has fallen in the line of duty." Mamoru said. Many gasps and questions came. "Be silent my friends...Please...Bear with me....Ayame...Fell in the line of duty to protect our humble village...She died a hero. Defending us from "The Human Mirror"." Mamoru explained. More murmuring came. "For this mighty hero. To sacrifice her life and to smile while dying...to save a village...Is what makes heroes. She will be buried at sunset next to her love...My brother...Raika Kujirame." He said choked up. He took a deep breath. Many people began to cry and weep. "The funeral will be in 2 hours in front of the cenotaph." Mamoru said as he began to walk away. Looking for an elegant casket for his fallen friend.

ooc: Well thank you...you wouldnt believe how long it took me to think of that...anywho here is the template for my new character.

Village: none she was exiled from the hidden rain
Rank: elite Jounin
Looks: Blue eyes and long blond hair. She keeps her hair braided back all the time with her bangs loose in the front. She is small for her age but strong.
Bio: Kaiya grew up in an elite clan in the rain village. Her clan was trained in the art of kendo and known for their sword techniques. Every member of the clan had to find their sword though. It was a searching of the soul and combining of chakra which materialized a specific blade the person. Each blade had its own special ability. Kaiya's problem was that she couldnt find her soul blade. Most members had a sword at age 5 or so but kaiya didnt have one even at 10. She was considered an outcast and hated by her entire clan for being a failure. Still Kaiya tried to find her soul blade. An assassination order was put of by her own family to have her killed so she couldnt dishonor them any further but when kaiya was attacked comething strange happened. She was about to be struck down and she closed her eyes but was never hit. When she opened them the man who was after her was dead and an elaborate katana was stuck in the ground before her. This was her soul sword. It had found her instead of her finding it. She quickly learned its abilities and grew extremely strong. So strong that it scarred her village and clan. She climbed up the ranks so fast that it was unknown how she had done it. She was exiled and injured out of fear and laft to die. Now she has wandered into the storm village.
Kekkai Genkai(if any): She doesnt really have one unless you consider her sword. Her blade is named Maki Ishido. It is the only sword to ever appear that speaks with the person holding it. It also has an immense amount of power that enhances the users abilities in battle. It uses various sound based attacks also. It has the ability to work as a medium between the living and the dead. Many people are after the power and have tried to steal her sword thus she keeps it close. She considers it a friend and partner rather then a tool.

Kaiya watched as a boy helped her up. She was having problem proccessing what was going on but she knew she was getting help. Kaiya was taken to a small house and layed down the boy asked her what was wrong with her. Kaiya replied "Wound on my back...its infected..." it was all she could really say. The boy lifted her shirt up and gasped at the wound. It was in terible shape. After having it cleaned out thoroughly the boy found a new set of clothes and handed them to her. Kaiya's were terrible out of shape and dirty. "Thank you..." she said as he turned around to let her change. The infection had given her a fever so she was still sick but once redressed the boy had her lay back down and continued to tend to her. The entire time Kaiya never let go of her sword. Eventually she fell asleep though. She was still clutching her weapon but she was mumbling in her sleep. "Thank..you..much...im kaiya...maki we be...fine...now" she mumbled in her feverish rest.

Kale looked over the girl. He leaned out the window. A few hours had passed. A large group of people were gathered outside in the town square near the cenotaph. Having a funeral. He looked over as the girl mumbled something. He looked at her and then back out to the people. Mamoru was standing on his soapbox. That seemed like all he ever did....was stand on that soapbox and talk to people.

Mamoru scanned over the people. Azumi and Mai stood next to him. "My friends...Brothers...and sisters....One of ours has fallen again. One of the new comers to the village. Ayame Tokishi passed away. She died in the way of a hero. Defending people. Defending this life. Because the flame of youth had not ended." Mamoru said. People in the crowd began to tear. It was a sad sight. "She will be buried here...Next to her love and my brother, Raika Kujirame. Both were heroes in their own rights." Mamoru continued.

"This day...Will become the day of heroes in our village officially. It will be an annual event for us. We will remember the heroes that fell in our names. That had passed away defending our people and our way of life. From here on out...We will also be referred to as the Hidden Death village. For our village suffers nothing but. And from this day forward. We will seperate ourselves from the other shinobi." Mamoru told the people. Murmuring and crying were the only things heard. "Continuing...Ayame Tokishi...May your soul rest in peace. May you find your love...And may you live forever in the kingdom of heaven." Mamoru said as 4 jounin lowered the casket into the ground next to Raikas. Side by side they were buried. The fallen heroes. The hole was filled. But not the hole in Mamoru and Kale's hearts.

Kale sighed as he looked out the window. He sat next to the girl quietly. Remembering all the times he, raika and Ayame avoided trouble and how much they got into it. It was a sad day indeed.

After the lowering of the casket...The people went back into their homes. Many jounin began to take the door from its massive hinges and put up a new one. The sign was a cross and a skull. Many of the jounin began handing out new headbands to the genin, chunin and other jounin.

The genin, chunin and jounin began to train day in and day out. Accepting every single rank mission. The genin's routine became the roughest in all of the Water country. The shinobi were renowned for their over all abilities. Many of the villages began to follow the examples of the growing village.

A revolution was beginning....

ooc: yea I guess we kinda are right now...were is dark anyway? btw im going to move this along just a bit...just to the point my character is ok....

Kaiya woke up. There was a small bit of light hitting her in the face. She sat up and looked around. Kaiya was in a small house in a bed there was one window and a door. It looked like it only had two rooms. Kaiya could tell her fever was gone and her back had been stitched up.

Its been two days...

a voice came. It was a familiar voice for Kaiya. Maki, her sword talked to her all the time and informed her of things alot, things she would never notice.

Then Kaiya spotted two boys sitting at a table. Thy both looked depressed. She recognized the one that had brought her to the house and she thought the other one looked like the guy who had told him to bring her here. Kaiya didnt really know what to say. She was possitive they knew she was awake so she just said.

"Uh...Im Kaiya...were am I and who are you guys...oh and thanks for helping me out..."

Mamoru and Kale looked over to her. "Well...Its good to see your awake." Mamoru said. Kale nodded. "Your in the Hidden Death village. Im Kale Meteora, And this is my brother...Mamoru Kujirame." Kale explained.

"He speaks honestly. Its nice to see you doing well." Mamoru said. "Please, Sit down and take a load off your mind." Mamoru asked her. There were 4 tables, 4 plates and 4 cups. It probably looked rather strange.

Kaiya looked at the two and stood up. "Uh...ok.." she walked over to the table and sat down at one of the empty seats. She wondered why four places were set if there were only two of them but she didnt ask. They sat there silently for a few minutes. Kaiya started feeling a bit uncomfortable. The silence was just alittle to much for her so kaiya decided to try and strike up a conversation.

"So im in the death village? I swore up an down it was the storm village...still maybe its better im not there...I would probably be hated...Still the death village is a ninja village right? I can be a great help around here...the village seems small an Im strong...well...we are strong..." Kaiya said. She was completly clueless to the fact that the death and storm village were the same place. What she did notice though was that she had said we referring to her and maki. Quickly she said "Oh but thats beside the point! Ha ha...well why do yall both looks so sad? If you dont mind me asking that is..." Kaiya said. She smiled afterward. She had a bright crooked smile alot like the one ayame had all the time. Kaiya then said "If there is anything I can just tell me! Yall did save my life so ill do anything to pay you two back!"

Kaiya had just recovered but she was very energetic and you could hardly tell she had been sick. Kaiya always had a tendency to recover fast from injuries.
