All of them suck except the third one - 'breath into me'. That is probably the best amv out there, seen it posted here on TF already though. Man that Jai ho one is embaressing to whoever did it.

First - Too many effects, it makes the AMV confusing, also that song is annoying as hell.

Second - Again too many effects and way too repetitive. Sure there's like 3 lyrics in the whole song but doesn't mean it use the same effect every seconds.

Third - This one was actually pretty good. The song matched well, good use of effects but not too many. This one was probably my fav.

Fourth - This one didn't make any sense to me at all, it just seemed like a bunch of random anime clips thrown together with some music which didn't suit the clips anyway.

Fifth - Was this a live version of the song? The music didn't suit the clips at all...For a fight like this it needed something with more bite, something faster.. This song would be better suited for like a ranma video that wasn't meant to be serious.
