Why does Naruto have a Red Resengan in one of his hands? And for that matter how was Temujinn able to help Naruto form a Resengan?

I doubt that... The Rasengan is a high level Jutsu that takes years of training (with 1 exception).
Trying to help with the Rasengan the first time... is like trying to fly a jumbo jet liner with no experience, or training.
