I was thinking about this. It is dam near impossible for naruto to gain sage chakra without having something gather it for him. e.g. a clone.

Now what im going to say would have to come later in the manga.

What if when naruto-and he will- learns to master the kyuubi, he can somehow make kyuubi gather sage chakra for him since its basically living inside naruto.

wouldnt that be awesome? what do you guys think?

He's saying when he's mastered it. As in, when he can control it... So I don't see the danger in giving Chakra to it when he can control it...

it's true that you don't realy need them, but to use sage mode at 100% power you need them, because you can only gather natural energy by being perfectly still and you get some good jutsu's from frogs.

We all know that it's coming. Naruto will not simply lengthen the time that he can remain in Sage Mode, he'll make the Sage Mode period as long as he likes. He'll find a way to acquire Jiraya's infinite Sage Mode without Pa and Ma and without the stupid clones.

But what will it be? Will Naruto continue learning how to gather natural energy like he did here?

Or could it be that there are different sollutions. Technically, during Jiraya's Sage mode the two frogs gathered natural energy on his shoulders because although Jiraya was moving they weren't.

Naruto has something in him which can remain still as well:wink We've seen Naruto as the Kyuubi Sage. Maybe Kyuubi might play a greater role in gathering natural energy for Naruto...

i dont see this happening a i mean the kyubi is a beast that has no need for jutsus and for all we know he cant use any

It is a jutsu. its called Bansho Tenin. here it is. they gave the name for it. sounds like one of pains move. unless they made a mistake. before that pain did shinra tensei. bahh. might be wrong

also, if you think about it. killer bee communicates well with his bjuu and they way the manga shows this gives me reason to think that the kyuubi if turned friendly like the 8 tails can gather that natural energy.

if you read chapters carefully, youd notice when they said that jiraya needs to learn hermit mode on his own.

im not saying gathering that he would be giving the fox anything. the fox would be gather the natural energy for naruto. so the fox wouldnt be the one getting the natural energy for himself. when he gathers, it would transfer to naruto.
