Kishi says he died in battle but unknown when for all we know he could be killed at the end of the manga...It is unknown if Tobi even has 2 eyes let alone EMS.

@ skarn= kakashi can't use susanoo because he doesn't have 2 eyes, same goes with ama, i mean he could summon or move it but not both,(i dunno which eye uses tsukuyomi so we don't know if he could do that)

@ MU if tobi has ANY KIND od sharingan eye it has to be ems, even if he lost Izuna's if he gets new eyes he would automaticly get ems.

Yeah, I know, that's why I put Susanoo in parentheses. As for amaterasu/tsukoyomi, they only require one eye, but which eye it is differs from person to person, apparently.

I think Kakashi does have MS, but why's it different from the others? Maybe Kamui can only be used by people who got transplants, and the other 3 can only be used by people who had MS originally...

I could argue against that point... What we know currently about the EMS suggests that it has to come from a brother.

Maybe but Danzou's sharingan "shisui's" can mind control people and Itachi, Sasuke , and Kakashi's cant? Also Itachi proved that Tobi cannot use Susanoo and Amaterasu either, and it is unknown if Danzou can use MS or kamui either. I think that theres different powers for almost everyones sharingan or atleast for everyones bloodline or blood type (family)..

other sharingan's can't control people you say? well thats stupid as madara controled kyuubi and sasuke controled manda BEFORE getting MS.And it can't controled people 100% it just ''suugests'' they do a thing in their head(smash table, select danzou) It's inefective in combat as people will 100% try to hit you, as for beasts tehy have less inteligence so they are easy to control.
