I think the two immediate things he needs to train now is his elemental jutsus and controlling his tailed beast. If he is to train it will be on one of these two or both.

whether kushina is alive I kinda hope not cause honestly that would piss(sry for the explisive) me off a great deal, that she would do that to naruto

I can think of a few ways it would be understandable... I'd assume she was a decent person and definitely didn't do what I said before

It's not that he needs to learn more about elements, so much as he needs to learn more jutsus, and maybe more elements.

For me on the Kushina issue if she is alive that fine with me as long as Kishi gives a good reason to why. But if Kishi gives some bullshit excuse to why she is alive then I won't like it.

Since when does someone who's alive need an "excuse" to be alive... What if she doesn't have one, should you kill her?

If she's alive, she's alive, that's all there is to it. If it turns out she's the worst mother ever, so be it. But I doubt it's that, the way Jiraiya/Tsunade talked about her makes me think they think she's dead, and if so she probably has an excuse(for not being there, not for being alive ).

I think he ment more so of an excuse why she wasn't there for naruto cause he thinks she's dead or atleast would hope so cause if she wasn't it would mean she would have abandoned him...

i hope shes alive. and if she is hooraay for naruto. both parents did their own thing to hurt naruto in some way. there had to been reasons. either way it made him who he is.
if they was there while he grew up then hed probably be a annoying brat like sasuke.

if she is alive then i hope she teaches him some uzimaki secrets/techs. hehe.

he'll then have a plethora of jutsu's. plus the fox has few techniques that he can utilize on his own when in control. like the huge kamaiya-maiya blast.lol

i think kushina is dead but presuming she died fighting the kyubi who the hell raised naruto as a baby? there is always talk of naruto being alone as a child but was he in an orphange or what, it was always a major plot hole from my view. as for training id like him to show something jiraiya taught him since it will make jiraiya have a part in the manga again.
