it doesn't even matter if he was able to or not, really.

shisui was itachi's best friend, and if itachi didn't kill him, he wouldn't want that on his record either, seeing as shisui was like a brother to him. sure, people can blame him for killing his entire clan, cuz he did, but if he didn't kill shisui, i think he would be more pissed off than he has shown for getting blamed for shisui's death, if he didn't.

also, shisui wouldn't expect itachi to drown him, ill bet itachi was like a brother to him too. if itachi wasn't able to kill shisui, then itachi's dad wouldn't have sent him to spy on konoha, he would've sent shisui, cuz he's older.

personally I don't see why it matters how he got his ms... I mean really he has it, wasn't put into great detail so it's either gonna be shown later or not at all, it's not critical to the story also malice you really need to read the manga rather then just have a blind kid read it to you

oddly kakashi uncovered his own sharingon before itachi did his genjutsu... of course after seeing his fight with sasuke I think that may have only been so he could try and fight the effects...

Yes I read that he did kill his entire clan but I really dont think he did or atleast by himself. Itachi was a "pacifist" have you actually seen him kill anyone Sasuke was under genjutsu the whole time of the massacre.

Shisui was sent by konoha police to spy on Itachi. I dont think Itachi could drowned Shisui he could have just teleported.

Well, he didn't kill the clan by himself. He killed something more like half of the clan... But it's the same deal, it's highly likely he killed Shisui as well.

Sasuke actually came home late that night, he "missed" the massacre. When he arrived home Itachi talked to him and used Tsukyomi.

I assume it's a joke.

For the case it isn't think of this. Itachi was at the Uchiha massacre at the time. He Tsukyomied Sasuke. If he didn't know of this then why did he flee the village. And if he didn't support it then he couldn't have bargained for Sasuke's life. Also, why would Madara tell the story for Itachi? Because of his good nature...?
