We don't know a lot about Danzo yet. Either he is Shisui or he killed Shisui and took his Sharingan. Either way, Shisui was regarded as an Uchiha prodigy and Danzo just killed 17 Anbus. I'd consider them equals.

Schick---> Danzou cant be Shisui, he stole Shisui's Shanringan and arm. The chakra that was circulating in his arm and eye where different from the one in the rest of his body.


Now onto matters: We dont really know enough to say who's stronger but obviously at the end Naruto will be stronger

True we don't know much about Danzo. He could be epically powerful...but I'd be willing to bet that Naruto is stronger. Sage mode is ungodly powerful. XD
