Yes that is exactly what I mean because even though Sasuke was the one who was still alive at the end of the fight it wasn't him that ended up killing Itachi in the end it was the disease and what ended up killing Nagato was using Gedo Mazo and releasing all the tailed beasts so neither of them beat their respective opponents and they actually got kind of lucky that they lived through it even though both Naruto and Sasuke are very powerful.

I don't think it matters, I mean no, he didn't land a killing blow, but that isn't really required I guess. Basically, Itachi died because of Sasuke. Sasuke realized this, and when he found out the truth, the guilt must have activated it. Presumably, something similar happened to Kakashi, maybe when Rin died he felt responsible somehow and that did it.

After all, Itachi said you have to kill your best friend, but that's not the real requirement, it's just one way to reach the conditions. If you can kill them and not feel any remorse, they weren't really your best friend, were they? In the end, there has to be a actual cause to activate it.. Most likely an emotional one. Or put it this way, MS doesn't just magically activate just like that, you have to take something away from the experience..

Itachi was going blind, Kakashi stated a few times that he's going blind, that's why he hates to use MS. And we don't know if Madara's brother was going blind because we barely know anything about him.

Yes, he had the choice to do so, as Madara asked him but yet he didn't do it because Itachi is precious to him and he doesn't want to end up like someone as Madara. However, I believe he will soon transplant the eyes, because he can't stand the blindness anymore.

Number 2:You said that Sasuke can't stand the blindness anymore.Can you show me in the manga when did Sasuke said he was going blind,and he could not stand it anymore?I am 100% sure Sasuke haven't said anything about going blind.

Number 3: How can you be sure is a fact that Sasuke is going blind,proved and imposible to arque against.Sasuke haven't said anything about going blind.Do yo mean it because of this.

In fact, I'm surprised it's happening so soon, Itachi's eyes didn't originally bleed when he used his MS, just near the end of his life when he was going blind..

As I said in my previous post, itachi implanted a one time Amaterasu
in Sasukes eyes. That is confirmed by Madara himself...
And when he used that one time Amaterasu he had Itachi's MS on his eye...

This proves that he doesn't have Itachi's eyes...
And he doesn't want to translate them for now..
