You can see is the same as Itachi,but later he have a different sharigan.What Itachi did was to transfer his eyes jutsus into Sasuke sharigan,but Itachi did not give Sasuke his Mankeyou sharigan.
Sasuke now have a different sharigan.A sharigan that have the jutsus of Itachi,and a sharigan that it won't blind.

That is why sasuke has a different MS now...
Every Uchiha gets a different ms, it's unique for everyone...

I have a question for you.How do you think Sasuke obtained his MS? I give you the answer right away.
It wasn't from killing his brother,but it was from Itachi transplating somehow his jutsus into Sasuke eyes.Also,I don't think all of the people who obtain the MS goes blind.We haven't seen Kakashi going blind because of his sharigan.Also,as far as I know Madara little brother wasn't going blind.Probably,not everyone who awakens a MS goes blind.

I'm not sure if you can proove that Itachi transplanted 'somehow' anything into Sasuke but Amaterasu.

Itachi was going blind, Kakashi stated a few times that he's going blind, that's why he hates to use MS. And we don't know if Madara's brother was going blind because we barely know anything about him.

Yes, he had the choice to do so, as Madara asked him but yet he didn't do it because Itachi is precious to him and he doesn't want to end up like someone as Madara. However, I believe he will soon transplant the eyes, because he can't stand the blindness anymore.
But there's something he know, and it's a fact, prooved and impossible to argue against: Sasuke is going blind. It's just dumb to argue over it.
Thanks Filip for clearing things up but I don't think you HAVE to kill your brother or your friend. Madara said he got it from training intensely with his brother. I guess that is Kakashi's way? If it is then never mind you are right.
One thing I've been wondering did Itachi really kill Shisui Uchiha to get MS? Was that an order too? Or did that guy really kill himself.

We can't be sure of that. The only known way to get MS is to kill someone.
Well, Kakashi only ever used it at one point in the manga.. And he ended up in the hospital.
As for Madara's brother? I wouldn't know.

Sasuke probably didn't realize at that point he even had MS.
Maybe Shisui was in on Itachi's plan to act as a spy on the Akatsuki so he voulunteered gave his life to Itachi like Izuna did to Madara I don't know if this is true but I have come to sometimes expect the unexpected while reading Naruto, I don't remember Kakashi killing anyone close to him that we know of, so could it be that you don't have to kill them? I think it could be because Sasuke didn't kill Itachi because he died from disease and Sasuke still got the MS.

Sageofmyoubokuzan, so you mean that when some one die from disease and age the oppenent din't beat him. So you are saying Naruto Din't beat Pein "Starving, and he din't kill him" . No one really won in this fight.
