Did the same thing happen for Kakashi when he had Obito's eye transferred to him or was that just Rin using her medical ninjutsu to tranfer the eye? Because if it wasn't and they just took out Kakashi's eye and put Obito's in its place how did Kakashi get back into the fight so quickly? If that's what happened then why can't Sasuke do the same thing with Itachi's eyes? Yeah the pain would be excrutiating but if that is what Kakashi did why can't Sasuke do the same?

To answer all your questions bout the eyes...

No sasuke doesn't have itachis eyes...
If he had them we'd see part of itachi's MS in saske's MS
After the battle with the 8-tails sasuke's vision wasn't very good,
that is the aftereffect of using a MS, blindness...

I don't think madara knows medical jutsu, he's all out Power and killing, not healing...
Plus sasuke doesn't like Itachi's eyes, as he said in the manga....

And kakashi was a special case, his eye was already damaged,
therefore he was already experiencing pain...
Rin with her med-jutsu, just healed him and connected the optic nerves..

That is true. After a few more uses of the MS,
Sasuke will start experiencing blurry vision more often
and he'll learn that the MS is not something to toy with,
so he might not use it that often and brag about his power..

But,Sasuke sharingan is different to Itachi's sharigan.Sasuke won't lose his vision like Itachi.I think that something that had been well explained in the manga.Itachi transfered his MS to Sasuke;therefore,Sasuke gained a new sharigan.Sasuke now have the EMS like Madara.

After the battle against the eight tails beast.We saw Sasuke having some problem with his vision,but I don't think he will go blind.I think the Susanoo jutsu had something to do with that,or the overuse of his new eyes without proper training.

Yes sasuke's sharingan is different, every Uchiha has a different MS...
But Every Mangeyou sharingan is the same in terms of blindness...
With every use you get closer to blindness and loosing your light...
Sasuke already experienced blurry vision after the use of Amaterasu,

You can see is the same as Itachi,but later he have a different sharigan.What Itachi did was to transfer his eyes jutsus into Sasuke sharigan,but Itachi did not give Sasuke his Mankeyou sharigan.

I am confused about this. I thought Itachi had given his powers to Sasuke like how Madara had combined his own MS with his brothers. But I don't think that is what happened. MS really confuses me. Original we were told you need to kill to get it, now you don't. Kakashi had MS...is Itachi and Sasuke's MS combined? If Madara has EMS how did its power weaken if it is eternal?
