it doesnt matter if he can controll them, as long as theyre physicly separated and cant help eachother it wont matter if they see what the others see..

I agree, but i think that Pein is able to change body. One proud is that he use one technique at the time when the 6 body are together.

Idn pain is not stupid like hidan, he wont be defeated easily by shikamaru. I guess they could hold em off, but winning is too much of a stretch.

Ok based on the databook the strongest members of the konoha 11 excluding naruto cuz he developed alot since it was released i think. So out of the 10

Shino, shika, sakura, neji, Lee, Kiba, (in no particular order) thats based on stats, based on what we have seen from them, that list seems accurate. Even then, i don't see how they could defeat pain's paths one on one.

I agree all 10 of them fighting pain would be cool, but i think we can generally agree in the end they would be defeated. Then someone will jump in before they get wasted.

If the ten chuunins get help from kakashi/tsunade they could hold out for a substantial amount of time.. but since I dont know exactly how long pain can fight without a brake its hard to say if they could chase him off..
