well, any more than 1 tail with the fox's cloak damages his cells, so if he uses rasenshurinken while in the fox's cloak it may even cause permanent cell damage to his arm. damage that not even his recovery abilities would be able to reverse.

The one tail cloak causes damages too if you remember back with his fight with Sasuke at the Valley of the End when his body started to give out and stuff. I don't know what your talking about with permanent damage, the regular rasenshuriken damages nerve cells which can't be repaired so it would cause more severe injuries probably.

Well rasen-shuriken is no yet completed at the full...
There is still lots of work...
Plus naruto will find a way of using it
without damaging himself...
BTW maybe the fox cloak will be the thing that will protect him...
