The clone is still part of him, so he still gets his pain after the clone gets defeated, right? cos kakashi said that the real body will gain all knowledge and experiences of the clone, so naturally pain is included.

but if naruto got all the pain too then he would have died plenty of times, because you've seen what happens to alot of his clones. and he always uses his clones as distractions so he doesn't get hurt.

Pain uses something completely different, he doesnt use shadow clone techniques, he's got the rinnegan. We dont know very well how it works, the rinnegan's full power havent been shown yet.

if naruto did the rasin shuriken with the demon foxes cloak on he would probaly be protected from the damage like with his battle with sasuke he was protected from fire jutsu. also it would be more powerful.

When he does mass shadow clones the chakra is distributed evenly so i would guess even though a clone is being killed it is only a small part of pain to naruto's real self. Also after the enemy has beaten a majority of the clones you see Naruto worn out, but there is usually no real physical damages such as cuts or broken bones. I am guessing that even though they are physical copies of Naruto they are still only copies.
Another thing is it may be possible that Naruto doesn't suffer the pain when a clone is hit, but rather the depletion of chakra. That's just my thoughts
