I think if I were to have one, I'd go with either lightning or earth... But, If I chose earth, I'd master the fire element and combine them to make something like the Volcano element by combining the two ^_^

Actually with:

Fire and Earth you can make a Lava element

Fire and Wind is a Wildfire element

Water and Wind can make ice, whirlpools and tornadoes

Water and Lightning can surge lightning through water

Wind and Lightning makes Storm

Earth and Wind makes Sandstorms

Earth and Lightning can make surging lightning through the ground

I think someone mentioned earlier, you can only combine elements if you have the blood-line ability to do so (Kekai Genkai) like Haku, Yamato have. Its only a thread so anything goes.

I'd use Wind since its really powerful and I like the idea of cutting people up with wind Jutsu lol.

Fire over Wind
Wind over Lightning
Lightning over Earth
Earth over Water
Water over Fire

Getting two elements allows you to have an advantage over more enemies, that is all there is to it aside from making a new element that has nearly no weakness.

What i'm saying is, is that your element affects the outcome of each battle

I'd use Earth because of it's defense and the ability to shift your surroundings and use that to your advantage.
