Alright, here's my list:

1. Naruto - No one can touch the Kyuubi!
2. Sasuke - Because he killed somebody big in the future!
3. Pein - Anymore questions? He owns
4. Tsunade - Yes, everyone needs healing during and after the battle
5. Jiraiya - Ero-sannin's a smart one although....he's ero-sannin

Minato (the 4th)...space/time jutsu is crazy, plus he's considered the strongest hokage for a reason

kakashi...smart, dependable, has sharingan

jaraiya...other then being really powerful and having alot of in battle exper. the jutsu he using in the manga

against pein is wow (even tho he dies )

naruto...kyuubi, very inspiring, never gives up plus has the greatest stamina and possibly the greatest chakra ever (not even counting the kyuubi's), oh and gets stronger with every battle

tsunade...very strong, focused, and a medical genius


(if i could chose 6 then Sarutobi would be next on the list and if we had a top 10 shikamaru, neji, lee, and Zabuza would be next)

Konoha.

1) Shikamru's dad, he is smarter then shikamaru and clearly has more knowledge in ninjutsu and other factors (he is the plan maker)

2) Minato, speed freak pretty much, space time jutsu, his demon jutsu, what else could you want.

3) Kakashi or White Fang (kakashi's dad). Dont know much about kakashi's dad except he was a great shinobi mo, probs just like kakashi minus the sharingan so id probs go with kakashi.

4) Tsunade, every team needs a healer so thats why she is there, also she has that crazy strength.

5) Naruto/Jiraya, every team needs a tank, naruto has guts and stamina so thats why they are there.

Sand

1) gaara. No explanations required, massive freak can just destroy anything.

2) I think its either the 3rd or 4th kazekage, he was the strongest shinobi of the sand and had the iron sand technique, which was fair kool i might add.

3) Eldar Chiyo, freak puppet master/ healer so has the 2 very good uses.

4) Sasori, even though he was beaten by chiyo and sakura, imagine him working with chiyo, no 1 could stop them.

5) Temari, dont know why, but for some reason i could just see temari and gaara working well together becuase they are siblings, alos temari and gaara could do some wicked wind and sand combinations.

Rain

1) Pein. still dont know that much about him but hey he is a freak there is no questioning that.

2) Salamander Hanzou, the dude that gave the sannin their name, was renowed to be a hokage level or beyond shinobi.

3) Konan, Pein's partner in akatsuki, havnt seen much of her abilities.

4) quite clearly one of the coolest akatsuki members going around, those who dont read the manga, the up comming episodes will show this guy and he just f*cking awesome, thats all i can say.

5) cant think of 1

The mist

1) Kisame, meh he is kool so yeh he should be in there.

2) zabuza, very kool ninja with some awesome abilities and is just ruthless, gave kakashi a run for his money.

3 Haku just a kool keke genkai and was a great character.


well thats about all i can actually think of atm, if anyone thinks of any more please feel free to add to my list :P

Now, that's a real team...the Hidden Mist hahaha...never really thought of it involving Hidden Mist. They need more ninjas there then the 3 although all 3 are all very very talented.
