Even without mangekyou, I think Itachi would win the fight if it were on the basis of power only. But Shikamaru, being a complete genius, would find a way to defeat Itachi. So, I think it would be quite even.

agree!!!ino hasn't prove anything yet!!she could still be a liability in their team..only skikamaru has the ability or at least match up with itachi..and choji could only help if itachi was already under shikamaru's shadow binding technique..

Itachi would win. he's on a totally different level. He could win with just his normal Sharingan, after all we are talking about the guy that became ANBU captain at the age of 13 and he didn't have the Mangekyou then.
