Ill say its gonna be a draw coz cant see either of them dying. Kisame seems stronger imo. He knew that team eagle couldnt capture killerbee, albeit struggled and still went off alone to capture the bee, he's definitely got something to back up that confidence. The flowcharts are confusing and doublt they will come into play in the fight.
So either a draw, as think naruto will meet KB, or shark takes all. This way, you could also say Akatsuki have a better chance of winning the war as the current 1-7 bijuu they have are not that powerful imo, Naruto can probably take most them on by himself!

I think that Kisame would beat Killerbee, but i don't think it will happen. I believe someone, or several people, are going to jump into the fight before Kisame wins.

Anyways, i think he'll win mainly because of how well he did against Gai's team. With only 30% of his chakra, he was able to capture, Neji, TenTen, Lee, and then force Gai into opening the sixth gate. That's pretty impressive seeing as Gai is one of the strongest Jounin in Konoha.

As for Killerbee vs Kisame, I don't know what'll happen. Killerbee can't simply be killed now because he hasn't done anything yet. If Killerbee defeats Kisame then that would suck to tell the truth and would be really bad for the sealing statue since Madara needs his Bijuu level chakra. Also it would make Madara appear in a bad light since he seems to know how strong Killerbee is.

So I'm really not sure but if I had to choose I'd go with Killerbee now. Before I thought that Killerbee and Naruto would have a training session before fighting with Kisame. Then Killerbee's meaning to the manga (Naruto's sensei) would be fulfilled and he could die but since Killerbee hasn't shown any form of importance yet I think he'll survive this fight.
but lets not forget that kisame has some kind of Jinchuuriki ability that could make him win the fight plus his samaheda who can absorb chakra to its owners advantage..

but i would love killer bee to defeat kisame for main reason that he's ugly and he's one of the akatsuki,

Kisame is underrated I think if it were a fight to the death killer bee would get destroyed samaheda is a monster weapon this fight would only make Kisame stronger..
