Default Ninja Vs Samurai
Well what do you think. who would win here a ninja or a samurai in a battle.
I think a ninja would win, they are not bound by honor, ninjas fight to kill and survive by any means necessary, and would use any dirty tactic to win, like blinding powder which they would blow into the opponents eyes, concealed weapons, smoke bombs, poisoned needles and all those other things ninja use. While a samurai only fights with his katana and instead of using a sneaky move to take advantage of an opponent, he would even let the opponent take his weapon if he was to be disarmed. i think, a ninja is not necessarily more skilled than a samurai, but he is definitely more determined to win and has more ways at his disposal than the samurai to do it.

I am not voting till next weeks chapter or until I see what the Samurais can do. But since everything in Naruto is taken to the extreme I wouldn't think that the Samurai would be people who just use swords. Its kind of like before Naruto I just thought that ninjas were assassins who used katanas, kunai , and were very agile. Also seeing how none of the ninjas mess with the samurai I wouldn't think they were weak at all. So right now I am neutral on this topic.

At this point, NO ONE can make a valid opinion on this matter, since we only know what the Ninjas can do.

I agree with you guys...we havent seen what they can do, so we cant give our opinions about the matter. We dont even know how Kishi is going to portray the Samurai, if he's going with the old-fashion Samurai or a new Naruto style kinda Samurai...

and Ichi: calm down lol you'll have a heart attack one of these days

It will be interesting if the samurai know how to use jutsu or just heavily armored giants (they looked huge in the manga)
