Okay...lets look at all the angles here.

Neji vs Shino: Neji...probably by a lot. True Shino can attack from all directions at once, but Neji can defend all directions at once. (Hakkeshō Kaiten) Also, if he uses this on the move he can get close to Shino fast...and that's pretty much just an instant win for him once its down to taijutsu. The only reason is say probably is because Shino is a clever guy, and he may be able to come up with something.

Neji vs Hinata: Neji...I mean, I would probably bet young Neji against Shippuden Hinata. I'm sure she's grown stronger, but still, Neji is a sure win in my opinion.

Neji vs Kiba: Neji...I mean Kiba would have no chance against him. It's just that their fighting styles and abilities put the odds heavily in Neji's favor. Kiba has to come in close...and Neji would rip him up at that range.

Lee vs Shino: Probably Shino, but if Lee used the gates...who knows really. It's just that Shino is the natural choice. His range is too good of a match against Lee's tai. If Lee had some basic ninjutsu abilities, it may be different...but he doesn't.

Lee vs Hinata: I think Lee would win. We know he's been training against the Hyuuga style and I just don't think Hinata would last agains him.

Lee vs Kiba: Lee. Their styles are fairly similar and Lee is just faster and more powerful.

Ten ten vs Shino: Umm...Ten ten? XD Don't get me wrong, I think everyone underestimates Ten ten, but there would be no way of her winning. Shino ftw.

Ten ten vs Hinata: Hmm...this might be a good fight, but I would say Hinata would win. She has that shugohakke move that would obviously beat whatever Ten ten can throw, but she only has that in the anime, so if this is a manga fight, I'd say Ten ten has a fair chance.

Ten ten vs Kiba: Hmm...Kiba methinks...It might be a decent fight...but I think Kiba's spinning fang move (or whatever it's called) would win it for him.

Now...I could see this going either way...but in most cases, Team Gai wins the fight by a bit of a distance. Now, if the leaders get involved...Then Team Gai wins without breaking a sweat. Gai is trained against genjutsu, and Kurenai seems sorta weak. So my vote is for Team Gai.

I agree with most of your match ups, except for the Shino against Neji one, I mean, sure, Neji can defend from all sides but I believe Shino's bugs would find a way past Neji's defenses, also, I don't Shino would ever let Neji get close enough to him to get hit by one of Neji's attacks and he has his bugs as a defense as well even if Neji does. I think he'd exsaust Neji out since he does very little physical movement himself.

As for everyone else though...I agree with you. The only thing though is that no one really knows how strong TenTen is...I mean, we've seen her fight against herself(after they pulled the seals at the akatsuki's hideout and during the Chunin exams against Tamari(and she wasn't even a challenge there).
So as it stands TenTen would lose out against any one on Team Kurenai and I think Hinata could keep Lee busy long enough to get back up from the other two.
