Oh I think it would be a long battle but I couldn't call a winner. We have no idea of the extent of Sai's training. Someone mentioned earlier that Sasuke was trained by Orochimaru but keep in mind Sai is one of Danzou's subjects. Sai also had a reputation for never failing missions.

Kishi can't reveal Sai's true power while he's on Team 7 with Naruto because it would make Naruto and Sakura look really weak. At least, that's what I think.

And also, I think Sai is powerful more so in a Shika/Kakashi style. It's not just his jutsu, but strategy as well.

i think when it comes to strength, naruto is stronger than a lot of ninjas. brute strength is what naruto has, and at least he can dish it out pretty consistently, although, for sasuke to break out of yamatos wooden box like it was nothing is pretty crazy. that was, i thought, a pretty cool part. its when they first found sasuke and tried to capture him. but yeah. no way is sai stronger than naruto. i would like to see sai fight more though. it would be interesting to see what he would do.

Danzou ordered Sai to kill Sasuke. He must be strong.
A skilled ninja could defeat a sharingan user. The proof is the fight between Hashirama and Uchiha Madara.

well, i totally forgot that sai was from root. hahaha. i think i underestimated him. i guess for him to be in such an organization, he would have to be very skilled. he might not be as strong as other ninjas, but his skill could be up there. i mean, look at the bingo book, and all the people that he has assassinated. when i think of it now, i really dont think that sai is a push over.

hm sait havent show to us his true power i guess ..... maybe it would be interesting to watch... how sakura is telling bad words to "sai" sasuke would win i give it 95%...

With all the training sasuke got orochimaru..He would probably win... But i haven't seen all of sai's moves so... it may be the oposit. But I doubt it. It would be a good fight but sai would lose.
