I go for Lee. He's improved so much in Shippuuden. Even though Sasuke is strong, if Lee uses his taijutsu speed, and Primary Lotus, Hidden Lotus, and The Eight Gates he might win. And he's been training hard too so those attacks are bound to be stronger damage.

Don't forget Sasuke's Sharingan is at a high level. He will be able to follow Lee's taijutsu, and he can even predict them.

not to mention all gai his teacher already created a technique that alowed him to fight the sharningan without looking at it,, which he probably taught lee by now

It wouldent even be a real match. Sasuke would win in a matter of seconds you cant even compare lee to sasuke right now. I mean cmon look at the things sasuke got full body chidori, mangekyo sharingan and with the 3tome sharingan he can read lee´s movements so sasuke clearly
