and only way gai would win is by opening all 8 gates, and even than kakashi would make probably make a clone, kakashi is on whole other level than gai, as for MS it's useless gai's too fast.

But that was before shippuuden, when kakashi doesnt have his MS, yeah they have the best rivalry in konoha but the reputation that kakashi has establish was just amazing..but gai on the other hand has its own reputation...
