ok.i agree that rasengan"s got complicated stages but if you"ve got someone like jiraya on your side everything"s alot simpler.chidori on the other hand requires high body speed and smartness to grasp.no offence intended mate.

You also need the sharingan to make it a "complete" jutsu, but if it took the fourth years to complete the rasengan it has to be one of the toughest to learn, plus Jiraiya said it was the second hardest type of attack to learn. I'm guessing the hardest would be a combination of spacial and elemental.

I'd have to choose Sasuke's complete control over the chidori. Just the thought of fighting with a samurai sword with sparks flying around ur body is so cool. And on the discussion Chidori vs Rasengan; i think rasengan is harder as it took the fourth years to master although i think the chidori is a technique fewer ninja can master; if you remeber naruto couldn't learn chidori from Kakashi simple as, and i think if Sasuke was taught rasengan he could probably learn it as quickly as naruto or maybe quicker.

Although there is a slight argument in the fact that Sasuke and Naruto are still improving both Chidori and Rasengan, so the fact that the fourth took years to master it is irrelevant as Sasuke is still perfecting the chidori by using it from various parts of his body.

Secondly I'd love to be like neji, have taijutsu to take out anyones chakra points in one move, again very classy.
