I don't think there's a direct connection between ninja and their clones so it shouldn't effect the ninja. There is a direct link between the Peins with there vision so the MS should work on them, but without knowing the secrets of Pein I can't be sure.

Madara would own Pein. It seems to me that Madara calls all the shots and is simply using him. We don't no either of their full potentials and even thogh Peins got a better track record theres a reason he follows Madara.

I couldn't understand all that but it sounded like you said Pein could Madara with just one shot? If so that's pretty bold and I have to strongly disagree. Right now they seem to be the two strongest ninja in the Naruto ninja world. If they fought it would be epic.

The fight would be epic.... I don't really know who would win, because I don't know Pein's or Madara Uchiha's abilities and I don't know their powers. But still it would be a great fight! I would cheer for Madara!!

At least 20 chapters and 11 'Final' Jutsu's

From what we've seen so far Pein wins, We haven't seen enough from Madara to know what he is truly capable of.

With the most recent manga chapters coming out it's becoming harder to tell what they are capable of. I thought Madara would win before these recent ones but now I can't be sure if he has the same basic MS techniques as Itachi. Still though, Madara has at least one MS technique that's a level beyond Itachi's I think. We still don't know Pein's true power but I'm sticking with Madara. Who knows they may end up fighting since I believe their goals for the bijuus differ even though it seems like they're going to have Naruto beat him.

Madara has the great MS, but Jiraiya said that the Rinnegan is recognized as the best Dojutsu, and its really rare. So it would prolly be an even fight. Earlier, I thought Pein would own madara, but as the chapters progress, Madara is getting more and more in the picture and I suspect he is prolly stronger than pein, but who knows!
