rasengan is more powerfull than chidori jiraiya and kakashi agreed onit themselves.Speed isn't a problem for most ninja anyways.

The reason it's stronger is cos it doesnt require as much chakra, it doesnt have a limit to it's use, AND it has no secret to it being used, speed isnt a problem as long as you're Yondaime or have a whole heap of chakra to use to make clones when you're Naruto.

imagine hokake naruto I mean right now he might be pushing junin(as a gennin) but if he contunues to work as hard as he had been he'll surpass the current hokage eventually
