u dont need sharingan to use chidori sharingan is just a useful tool when using it becuz of the speed of the chidori attack


sharingan is a very deadly one to have considering u can copy other ppls ninjutsu's n use there own moves against them half the time...i doubt id want it over rinnengan...bt its close to tie between the two for me

It's true that you can use chidori without the sharingan but the 4th forbid Kakashi from using it because he couldn't see to counter it before he got the sharingan. So it's not complete really without the sharingan.

I'd choose Byakugan because...well for the perverted x-ray .Even though the sharingan has many awesome abilities,it has side effects.Its also exhausting,depending if its a uchiha body.

i'd pick byakugan all the way. i mean, sharingan is very nice and tempting, but there's so many side effects!! i mean, it's totally useful and stuff for copying all these different jutsus, but once you perfect the sharingan into the best version, mangekyo,(i think that's how you spell it.) everything you just learned disappears once you go blind. so, i would pick byakugan.
