Uchiha Madara vs. Pein (may contain spoilers)
I know this is premature since we don't know all of Madara's jutsus or Pein's real identity but i'm curious to what people think so far. I think Madara would win because what one body sees they all see so I'm thinking that MS genjutsu move would get them all but I could be completely wrong.

it would be a good fight but we don't know what the Rinnegan full power is but it would be good fight

Pein would win... because i recall that i read that pein's eyes are more powerful then the MS sharingan, i dont remember where i readd it.

He first talks to Tobi around chapter 363, not sure when we first see him though. Does anyone know if Tobi/Madara has a different plan than does Pein? Pein says he wants to make a jutsu that can destroy entire countries but in chapter 364 it seems Madara has different plans because he says something about the sharingan's true power, Uchiha Madara's power, not Pein's jutsu thing.

This is a very difficult fight to call seeing as we know very little about the full extent of both of their abilities.
Madara does have EMS and a pretty haxxed space time ninjutsu however he cannot summon Kyuubi so that would be a huge chunk of his arsenal taken away. Madara has also been defeated in the past and his list of failure spans almost a century. Pain on the other hand does possess what has been stated as the strongest doujutsu and has never lost a battle. In addition he defeated Jiraiya fairly easily when he got serious. With 6 bodies and the ability to fully manipulate all 6 elements, he is truly a formidable opponent. Based on these arguments Pain should win. However he doestake orders from Madara so I'm not so sure. All of this is speculative anyway.

Pain calls himself a god. I don't think a god will accept having a leader, unless he is stronger than him. I think Madara would win.

Madara of course you see hes the one who builded the akatasuki organization.He started it and most likely recruited all the members.He controls what pein does he gives orders to pein he is the stronger shinobi here.Even though pein has five bodies madara is about 60 years old he has experience with the sharingan.
