I started watching the english episodes and I got hooked. Once they got to the Sound Five fights I couldn't wait anymore and started watching the japanese version. The english version is good but the japanese with subs is so much better.

Sometimes dubbing japanese programs into english bcomes difficult.May be it would bcome more difficult for them to dubb emotions etc.......But i like japnese version.Its truly natural.

I've always watched Naruto in Japanese and the time i watched it in dub the voices were delayed and i hate to say it but it sucked. Sub all the way

Same here I always watched Naruto in Japanese from the very beginning apart from when i couldnt find an episode and had to watch a dub and the English voices are never the same, they just dont...fit.

I love the sound of the Japanese language also, so eps in Japanese are just the best in terms of enjoyment for me.

Subs are way better. Wasn't into Naruto yet and watched a dubbed version on Cartoon Network. Twas ok. Then I started watching the subbed ones on here and got to that same episode and it was just oodles better.

Actually I think the English one's are great! Its hard to take a cartoon from a whole different country and then try to convert it to our language. But I think that the are actually pretty good.

Oh and don't get me wrong the Japanese version is also excellent!
