We wait for the explanation or if you have enough proof, prove it can be copied now. So far no proof has been shown in the manga, so we're waiting on Yin and Yang chakra explanation.

Since it uses a unique hand sign, it can't simply be copied. All the techniques copied by Kakashi and Sasuke were all elemental ones that used the conventional 13 hand signs.

Thats a good thought but the unique handsign is a combo of 2, the tiger hand sign and the ram handsign.If you take one half of each and put them together it makes the unique one.Also, when naruto does his first rasengan against Kabuto he dosent do the unique one he does ram then tiger

Err, Naruto just uses a hand seal when building up chakra. It's not part of the jutsu. He doesn't really even use jutsus that require a hand-sign... And it doesn't really matter which one it was, in the manga Naruto 167 page 12 | One Manga it was the horse seal.

Anyway, I already answered the OP but I'll say it again. I don't see any reason why it couldn't be copied.

Kakashi copied the Rasengan, and that doesn't even use hand-signs, so that shouldn't be a problem. While TKB it is a kinjutsu, that alone doesn't make it impossibly difficult or anything like that.

Besides, Kakashi used it, and unless I'm missing something, I don't see how else he could have learned it.

Well im wrong about naruto using 2 handsigns but you can use shadow replication with those 2 handsigns.....I think, i see it all the time on narutopedia it says

Name:Kage bunshin no kutsu(viz translation, shadow replication technique, dub translation, shadow clone jutsu

Handseals: Crossed fingers or ram + tiger

Shadow clones jutsu can be copied but you must be very good master of sharingan for you learn it just by coping,the coping will make it easier to learn but it isn't all what it need.If you want to learn the tehnigue just by coping it it should be a tehnigue like the hurricane of Lee,for example.And plus even if he learn shadow clones jutsu he want be able to make 2000 clones like Naruto can.He will be able to do at most 100 because if you have forgoten Naruto is Jinchūriki and e got a big amound of chakra.He won't be able to use two chidoris at ones(one with the clones and one from the true him(,like Naruto do the rasengan for the some reason
