Well, it can't be Gaara because he turns out to be the Kazekage, so he turned out ok. I thought Zabuza was evil and ruthless, but, he did cry when Naruto shouted at him.

I think Itachi is evil too - but he in my opinion - he doesn't really have an evil aim, he's really just following orders and making Sasuke angry. It was difficult between Itachi and Orochimaru, but in the end, Orochimaru is just evil, with all his experiments on people and all his hideouts and stuff - he's just like an evil genius guy

Well, I don't really like any of them to be honest...all of them turn out to be good guys (except Orochimaru but I hate that creep). Gaara became a good guy, so did Zabuza in the end.

If you read the manga, then you'd know that Itachi was never a bad guy and Pain turns good as well because of Naruto...so all I can hope for is that Madara is pure evil with no good in him. I personally like him for being the mastermind behind the Akatsuki and for having the EMS.

orochimaru I think. a good villain can't turn out to be good in the end, must be evil until his death muah ah ah and
he has got a soundtrack with "Tocata and Fuga in D minor" from Bach and everything... all the bad guys have an organ behind their back XD
